"Centrally located in Myrtle Beach made it easy to walk around town and to the beach. House was clean on arrival and just as pictures depicted. Weather in the evenings was amazing so we made use of the fire pit every night."

"Overall a very good experience. We have stayed at Avian twice before but were not able to use the amenities of Litchfield at the Sea. For this property, we were and enjoyed that extra perk. The property was as shown with enough space for a party of 8 comfortably. The whole family enjoyed the stay. The only thing that would have made it better would have been to have access to the garage in order to charge the golf cart."

"They are building a parking garage on site, there are very few parking spots at the hotel. You have to park across the street not bad or 2-3 blocks away out side w no security cameras. Very difficult if you have young kids or go shopping. Check in was scheduled for 4 pm, didn’t get checked in to 630 after bugging them for 2.5 hours. Pools are amazing, great beach access, free beach chairs for the day, and very convenient to shops and restaurants. Room was amazing very clean and plenty of space."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Serenity Villa. It is a gated community with sidewalks. You are within walking distance from the villa to the beach. It's a beautiful complex. The villa is nicely decorated and very clean with plenty of linens. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"Very lovely little place. Perfect for our family of four. Stocked with all you need and more. A bit of a hike to the beach, but that gives you a chance to walk off all the great food you will eat in this area. Excellent screened porch. Steps away from a pool. Would be nice if they gave an option for use of the cart."

"The room was comfortable and clean, except for the floors. The tile and linoleum were very dirty as if it hadn't been mopped adequately in a very long time. The kids area of the waterpark is very outdated as well. We throughly enjoyed our stay and felt safe on the property. Staff was easy to find around entrances, exits, and around the pools. The tiki bar was great as well as the poolside DJ."
