Excellent déjeuner!

Clean rooms, relaxing atmosphere, close to the beach.

Room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Complimentary drink and cookies were a very well appreciated addition. Alarm clock went off at 5AM as it was peobably set by previous guest and never checked by staff. Receptionist staff were a bit dismissive about the inconvenience caused

We found the whole experience almost inexplicable. I have not stayed anywhere I would recommend less. We had to leave halfway through our first night and sleep in our car. Unending and pulsing bass music that vibrated (that earplugs did not help at all). If I had not experienced it I would not have believed it could be so bad. We went to the front desk & were offered no solution or alternative. We saw another woman yelling in front of us at the front desk for the same reason when we went. In the morning we went again to the front desk & were told that the torturous inescapable bass from the night before was normal, offered no option for us to be able to leave, or have an partial refund or even a small token such as breakfast voucher or even a free coffee. We fought for empathy & understanding with them for a while, but essentially. We left before the second night to sleep on a friends couch. This is saying a lot seeing as neither of us are from this province. This happened to be a distant friend from university for 1 of us. The lady at the front desk was obviously instructed to offer us nothing by her manager she texted & was herself nice. I kept telling her in our interactions to please not bring her work home with her. I hope she looks for another job. I would note that we had a friend staying 2 floors above us & she had a better sleeping experience. (We were on floor 300 above the social club) If anyone is given room 328, do not stay there under any circumstances. Run
