Great overall
You can’t beat the location… easy and immediate access to the slopes. The condo is well equipped, comfortable, has a great view, and has everything you could want plus more. We had a wonderful weekend.

Great stay!
Our stay was as expected -- ski in/ski out on the slopes of Winterplace which is convenient. The weather was a bit warm for skiing and only half the mountain was open, but we made the most of our time and spent some time doing some nearby hiking as well as getting on the slopes. We still made memories with our family and that was the point.

Awesome little Slopeslide condo
Right on two slope beginner and intermediate are a short walk away. Beautiful view of the large deck. Great little ski out condo

Ski trip
This is our 5th year staying at these condos. We have stayed in different ones each year. Some are more updated than others. This condo was well stocked with everything you would need. You cannot beat the location for skiing.

Great location but needs updating
Condo is at a great location in relation to the slopes. Unit is old though and needs major updating. Leak stains on ceiling, master bath had a smell the whole time from water sitting in pipes or a clog, we weren’t sure. And just overall cleanliness needs work. Not sure who they have doing the cleaning but it’s not good at all. Window sills and on top of the refrigerator were disgusting and the floor was filthy. Had the sheets and towels had any issues the owner would have heard from us otherwise we didn’t bother to contact during our stay. So if cleanliness is a big issue for your stays, then this isn’t the place for you.

Great rental!
So easy to arrange rental, great communication and perfect location! Property was just as described and all information needed was provided. No questions left unanswered. Thanks so much for a perfect vacation!! Even had lots of snow!! :)

Great stay
Beds were a little hard but unit had lots of seating and the kitchen was really well equipped. It could use some construction updates. There was a door that accessed outside with no lock and the windows didn’t lock either. It is close to and easy to access to the slopes.

Thanks for your review. I wanted to let you know the doors that access the outside entrance deck, are locked from the outside at all times and the window is crank awning window that is not designed with a lock as it has to crank up and out and can not be opened from the outside. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you'll come back again anytime.

I would recommend this property. Clean, great location, just needs a few touch ups.
This property is in a great location. Beautiful view overlooking the ski slopes of Winter Place. Nice and roomy for our group of 10. The owners have stocked the cabinets with Aluminum Foil, Zip Lock Bags, trash bags and all the things you would need in the kitchen and bathroom but failed to bring. The only recommendation I would have is that there are a few cosmetic things on the walls in was different rooms that could be touched up. The place looks quite good but those minor improvements would be great. I have rental property in Myrtle Beach and I know how much work the upkeep is. Overall, I would recommend room E301. It’s a great place to stay if you are looking for a ski in/ski out location. The view from the 3rd floor private balcony overlooking the ski slopes is beautiful. I can say that we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night, 5 day stay at Winter Haven Condo. We will return next year and will reserve room E301 if it is available. This has been a wonderful winter vacation for my family. Thank you Winter Haven Condo’s for an awesome getaway experience. Sincerely, One happy ski family
