Chasters Restaurant is phenomenal. Staff and food nothing short of excellent. The lodge itself albeit very clean and well kept inside could use a little refreshing outside.

What to say about this B&B....perfect, beautiful room with gorgeous view. The room was very clean well decorated and cozy but plenty of room. It is pretty much sound proof, didn't hear next door or the room above. The staff were friendly and helpful. And lets not forget about Chasters the food was so delicious packed with flavor and very friendly made you feel like you were at a family dinner almost. Attentive to your needs, I already said it, but the food was wow so good. We will definitely be going back again. We stayed in the East Ocean View room. Jame & Airin

Beautiful historic home containing several suites, each beautifully decorated. Completely clean throughout. Helpful staff. Excellent location in Gibsons, BC Sunshine Coast on waterfront - 8 minutes drive to wonderful Gibsons Landing with shops and restaurants. Excellent restaurant.

Lovely cozy room. You could hear the brook and the Seagulls outside and are surrounded by beautiful huge trees.....West Coast natural at it's best!

Overall it's a very nice place, clean and pleasant. But there were a few annoying little things. The first night I couldn't get the hot water to come on in the shower, so I had a cold shower. In the morning I let the water run for about a minute and then it got hot. The heating does all kinds of noises at night, and a large window let in too much light. Not everyone is as sensitive to the light as I am, though. The description said they have breakfast for $20 but when I asked in the morning I was told it wasn't available at that time of the year.

We stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the room but were disappointed in the service. Although check in was fast and friendly she really didnt care we were celebrating a milestone and was as if it was just a regular stay at a hotel. For the amount of money spent to stay here I would have expected a bit more in the way of personal service and or attention. The only interaction was when we checked in and when we left the next day and dropped the keys. As well the advertising on line showed a really nice serving in the room pics of food and wine /champaign.this would have been nice to arrive to or be offeredduring our stay. The rooms are beautiful quiet and clean and the view was wonderful.

Disappointing
This was a disappointing visit. Trying to figure out the light switches was a challenge. The fan in the bathroom went on with the light and sounded like a tractor. There was too little counter space so if you wanted to use the coffee maker you had to remove the cup and glass tray to make room for it. The room service breakfast offered very little choice for the price; $20. plus tax and gratuities. Why have a TV and then arrange the furniture so only one person can see it? Why not dispense with the TV. The view was great. The hot tub was spacious and easy to get into.

Valentine's Day Perfection
This was our second visit to The Bonniebrook Lodge and once again, we had an excellent stay at a fantastic location! The staff are top notch - warm, friendly and professional from start to finish. The accommodation is amazing with beautiful and well appointed rooms. Always clean and quiet. The location is perfect - amazing views and just close enough to downtown Gibsons but still peaceful, steps away from a stream, a trail, and the beach. Dinner at Chaster's was perfect. The food was amazing - so delicious, we went two nights in a row! And the staff are so warm and personable, it was like a perfect combination of a romantic dinner and a visit with friends.

The restaurant; food, service, and staff were all excellent. That and the room, one of the detached cabins (this doesn't accurately describe the luxurious space) made the stay very enjoyable.

We could hear waves crashing on the ocean shore across the street! Loved that. Restaurant was also excellent! TV didn’t work though. Stairs to the penthouse would be difficult for older people with mobility issues to manage.

This place is a find. Location is by beach, also close enough to Gibson’s. The rooms are beautifully appointed. Design of our building allowed good privacy. One caveat is that more windows that open allowing better air flow and more powerful fan if it had been hotter out would be good . Chasters Restaursnt also superb. Will come back.
