The place appears to be recently remodeled, inside an old building in the close to tourist attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Continental breakfast is served in the morning. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The hotel was located above Florence near Piazza Michaelangelo. They offer a convenient shuttle service, which makes for easy access to the city or piazza. However, you may need to go up and down stairs. The staff were very helpful and prompt. They arranged our taxi for an early departure of 4:30 am and provided us with a breakfast box! The shuttle arrived promptly upon request, the breakfast buffet was amazing and delicious! The grounds are breathtaking and offer plenty of beautiful photo opportunities and provide a quiet and relaxing atmosphere should you need a reprieve from the crowds. I highly recommend the villa!
