Thank you for your feedback. When you arrived, you didn't mention the pet until after reading the registration and then decided to tell the front desk about your pet. We only allow pets in certain rooms due to others having pet allergies. She mentioned this was the reason for putting you in the double queen. She wasn't for sure if she was going to be able to accommodate a king when you came back. We do apologize if you felt she wasn't as friendly. We are conveniently located off I-40.
