“Olin hotellissa kahteen eri otteeseen. Molemmilla kerroilla huoneet olivat aika isoja ja tyylikkäitä. Sänky oli hyvä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palveli myös englanniksi. Aamupala oli hyvä. Se valmistettiin tuoreeltaan eli sen tekemisessä kesti hetki. Siinä oli tuore croissant, patonkia, paistettuja kananmunia, kahvia/teetä, mehua ja vettä. Ensimmäisessä huoneessa ilmastointi piti vähän melua ja suihkusta ei tullut lämmintä vettä. Toisessa huoneessa ei ollut kumpaakaan noista...

“Unfortunately when we got to the place it was not available and the owner stated that she had no idea we were coming or even booked the room. In fact, she said her account with Expedia was suspended for months. This was very unprofessional and I am happy that I did not pay for the apartment upfront. The location was not safe. We had to rush and stay at another hotel nearby for 2 days which was not much better. They had a lot of excuses. Do not rent this place. ”

“Bonjour, Je suis très déçue, j'ai effectué la réservation en indiquant le nombre de personne. Le montant m'a été débité et le propriétaire du logement m'a indiqué que ce n’était pas possible car mes enfants et moi étions trop nombreux. Il m'a proposé de se séparer en 2 groupe car il avait une autre chambre dans un logement, j'ai refusé car mes enfants ont 10 ans et mes jumeaux 4 ans. Je n'ai pas mis 1 orteil dans le logement, je vous ai envoyé un mail avant la date d'entrée, je vous ai contacté...

“Je vous ai ecrit pour vous demander de vous assurer de la reservation car j'ai appelè 3 fois l'hote pour m'assurer de la disponibilitè L'hote devait me rappeler car il se demandait si un client Italien devait partir Aucune réponse ,ni de vous ,ni de l'hote qui devait pratiquer du surbooking Distant de 80 KMS,je n'ai pas voulu faire le deplacement pour repartir aussitôt je vous ais demandé le remboursement de la réservation Pas de nouvelle non plus!!”
