“The staff was extremely pleasant & was always willing to help. We were in 420 & next door. We came with a big party for the 4th of July. I have to say the house keeping staff was very helpful the whole trip. And we have a new born. We are thankful to the Spanish cleaning lady that helped us. :-)”
“Not a big fan of hotels. But very easy to get in sleep well in a nice room. Only challenge was the bathroom door for sliding was stiff and hard to move”
“I enjoyed my stay here and had no problems. My room was very clean and nice. The bed, pillows, TV and shower were nice. I would stay here again. My only "problem" was it was hard to find anyone at the front desk.”
“Only 2 complaints are that the door to the bathroom was a pocket door which stuck/was off the track. Made for more than a few moments of feeling trapped. Additionally, there wasn’t a closet but an assigned area in the bathroom corner. Other than that, it was a great stay. Kitchen was terrific. ”
“We really enjoyed our stay at the castle; it worked out very well for our family of nine. It was so nice to have the laundry there and the view was great with it being on the 11th floor. Sleeping arrangements worked well and having 2 bathrooms was so convenient. There was an issue with the lock/doorknob upon arrival and Mitten was very attentive, even sending a maintenance worker to help solve the problem later at night. We would for sure consider staying again the next time we are in Michigan.”
