“Although we were not there long enough to really use any of the amenities, they did offer free breakfast every morning which was perfect for us on this stay. When we arrived the front desk staff was very quick with the check in, answered all our questions and even offered some tips on making our stay better and suggestions on things to check out or restaurants to eat at. Hotel was quiet and the room was excellent. Would of been 10/10 if the parking was not an extra charge. But they do offer a……

“Staff was very helpful but understaffed. Place seems old, but basically clean. Had 4 night stay, asked for a cleaning and due to a confusion it wasn't done until the 3rd day, so needed to call for towels. Breakfast was minimal but complimented, restaurant wasn't open yet, being renovated.”

“This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay……

“This is our second day we found the rooms to be clean comfortable the common areas to be clean. Excellent breakfast choices why do wine selections and well staffed pool is wonderful quiet place to relax. Workout room is adequate. Parking is safe and there’s a very nice restaurant just in front not affiliated with the hotel but excellent place for a quick bite or more extended meal.”
