Different from Previous Years
I’ve stayed at this hotel for the past several years while in town for a festival. My room did not lock. There was a delay while that was being fixed. After check in I was advised that the prices went up, even though I’d booked months in advance. It would’ve been nice to know before I checked in so I could book a hotel closer to the venue I was there for. I received the receipt for a different customer, and notified the desk. It appears that customer got my receipt/personal info, which is very concerning. Because I’ve had great experience in the past, it was always worth the 45 minute drive from the festival. This year it was not worth the drive, sadly, and will most likely book elsewhere next year.

Understanding the building is older there was some walking traffic noise from above but nothing terrible. Had booked10 months in advance for a music festival near by. Understanding prices increase over time but would have liked the customer service of honouring the price quoted and agreed upon when booking. It's a motel with hot water, AC, fridge, microwave, coin-op laundry. It's clean and comfortable. Take a drive down the road to Burnett Dairy Co-Op for a sandwich, cheese and ice cream...delish!

Grantsburg Inn was perfect for our overnight stop on the way to Grandma's Marathon in Duluth. We had to leave by 4am to get to Duluth on time for the races. Other places closer to Duluth were either sold out or ridiculously expensive. Grantsburg Inn was reasonably priced. Checkout was perfect. We signed the invoice in our room and were on our way.

We have undeveloped property 8 miles south of Grantsburg and we love to stay at the Grantsburg Inn while in town. It's a great hotel. Quiet, reasonably priced, and they have a laundromat onsite, which is nice for travelers like us. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

I arrived late (after 10 PM) and the office was closed. But using the phone in the office, the person who answered told me my unit number, that its door was unlocked, and the key was on top or the microwave. Great service, even thought their office was closed for the night.

Beds were comfortable and clean but the bathroom/ shower needs alot of upgrades/improvements. There was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain, bathroom tub, room heater and sink need to be replaced. No coffee in the room. I would not stay there again.

Great stay, very clean room. Beds were firm and recognized they are really trying to make improvements. I didn’t care to get a phone call verifying I was coming and asking to charge my card 1-1/2 hours after check in time started.
