Solo nos quedamos una noche, después fuimos a Oia, La cama queen size, eran dos camas individuales juntas, ósea, súper incómodo, mucho ruido en esa habitación, el check out es a las 11:00h y literal 11:15h ya estaban adentro las señoras del aseo sin pedir permiso ni vergüenza limpiando.

The girks at check in are super helpful and they give the best service ever. The hotel is very confortable and breakfast is awesome with the best view.

Establecimiento céntrico, decoración neutral y dañada, cama incómoda con sonido, Wifi inestable, una de las puertas de acceso permanecía cerrada sin razón obligando a los huéspedes a bordear toda la propiedad. Central establishment, neutral and damaged decoration, uncomfortable bed with sound, unstable Wi-Fi, one of the access doors remained closed without reason forcing the guests to skirt the entire property.

Las mejores vistas
Cuando te alojas en este hotel tienes que saber que esta situado en la caldera , por lo tanto sus infinitas escaleras te están esperando . Pero debo decir que sus vistas anulan este punto negativo desde el primer momento.Por poner algo negativo el idioma , pero nada tampoco que no tenga solución con el traductor.

Realmente una vista sin igualar, muy bien ubicado, el personal muy amable me dió excelentes recomendaciones, las habitaciones muy confortables, y un atardecer que no tiene nada que envidiar a ningún otro, el desayuno con esas vistas es maravilloso, realmente... Fascinada!! 100% recomendado!!

great location with stunning views. Front desk ladies and cleaning ladies do a great job. Furniture including the bed is very old and the mattress is probably the oldest and worst mattress I have ever slept on. Bell boy who is also waiter at the breakfast time is rude, cranky and snaps at people (more on women guests). If you can afford to pay a lot more for a good hotel with caldera view, it's is amazing. Budget hotels with Caldera view are terrible. I would stay in a better property without caldera view next time. We spend all day looking at caldera anyways.

Hotel is right in the heart of Fira. Bus to airport & other parts of town is a short walk. Shops & restaurants are all surrounding the hotel. The views from the patio at our room were amazing. And sitting outside overlooking the caldera to have breakfast was a highlight of the hotel…breathtaking views! Only negative is that the WiFi did not work in the room, we had to go to the reception area for it to work.

We loved to stay in this hotel , it is really good place and in the best location of Fira !!! Staff is very nice, and helpful:) good breakfast. Rooms needed to be upgraded but this suggestion goes to management . Personally big thank you to Vasiliy , who’s great person, always there to help , manage and solve every thing if needed ! Thank you 🙏 definitely coming back !

One word: WOW. Stunning property and fantastic views. Welcoming and VERY helpful staff - arranged all of our transfers. Breakfast was great. We had an executive room, which was huge, with dining and seating areas. One tip: lots of stairs to access the rooms, which is normal in this setting.

Unbeatable location and breakfast! Excellent sunset from the hotel terrace. Unfortunately, terrible mattresses- you could feel every spring in them. The wifi didn’t work unless in reception. Could use updating / touching up.

The location was perfect & had great views. We had a room for 4 and it was great. Room was cleaned everyday. The only downside is that the wifi did not work at all and our phone connection was bad inside of the room but worked just find right out the door. The staffs were friendly and gave us a lot of information about activities we can do around and also the bus services. We had a great stay.

Great place, well located in Fira
My stay was great... The staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast on the Caldera is incredibly beautiful. All rooms have a Caldera view, which is magical at night to see the lights of Santorini and any cruise ship anchored nearby.

This hotel was fantastic! Amazing views. Staff was so nice and helpful. Everything was in walking distance unless you had to take the bus to a neighboring town which was easy. Loved the shopping.

Excellent location. Great staff - Viola and Alexandra - were so nice and helpful, both before and during our visit! Also, bellman does a great job! Rooms, especially the shower, were unique and very clean. Only bummer was not great wifi in the rooms themselves. But most time is spent around city or on the terrace with a terrific view of the caldera anyway!

This hotel is in a very busy area of Santorini. It is built on top of a hill and you walk down a lot of steps to get to the rooms and breakfast area. It would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The view is amazing but I don’t know if it’s worth it if you’re always worried about falling. The staff were wonderful and worked very hard to make everyone happy.

Kavalari was fantastic!
Best location in Fira! When we opened the door, the first thing my girls says was “Wow!” We arrived late at night, so the view the next morning was another “Wow!” The cave interior was so cool! The staff was really helpful in suggesting a restaurant that doesn’t take reservations- with a sunset view! We enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace: a great selection in the most gorgeous of settings. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Santorini! Note: I use a cane on stairs. There are many here (56 from the breakfast terrace back to the entrance). No problem! It was so worth it! There is a nice strong, friendly porter who helped us in/out.

Best stay ever!!!
We had a fabulous stay! Breakfast was plenty and so good. Staff went above and beyond. Arranged a taxi transport from airport and back to airport. Very clean!!! Bell man/breakfast server was exceptional, a very hard working individual. The view from our window was breathtaking. So so very happy with our stay! Would highly recommend our hotel to everyone.

Bathroom was in need of updating, toilet leaked. Wifi was sporadic and didn't work often. TV also didn't work and 2nd room was in bad location and also in need of updating. Asked to be moved to another room but staff did not accommodate. Also, asked for restaurant recommendation and was sent to a terrible restaurant where the representation of Greeks was horrible - throwing dinner plates on the floor and playing loud music, poor service and food was less than average. Cleaning staff couldn't speak English or Greek and was hard to communicate with regarding requests. The gentlemen who helped with suitcases and served breakfast was the best thing about the hotel.

Fantastic location, awesome views, and helpful staff made for a wonderful and memorable family vacation. We stayed on the lowest terrace which we preferred but beware the steep stairs are not for everyone. Dining and shopping galore and Fira’s bus hub is only a short walk away and made for easy day trips to all parts of the island.

Lovely little hotel
We loved everything about Kavaleri hotel. The service was excellent. The the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and you can’t beat the view and the location. Like every where in Santorini, be prepared to climb a lot of steps!
