This is a great little townhouse. We stayed as a family while renovations were completed at our house. At first glance it is nice, but staying there for so long, you start to see things that do not justify the price per night.
It is not family friendly, other than being able to accommodate everyone over night, the dining area is more for entertaining or for wine tastings and having a few adult friends mingle. The only cups were wine glasses or rock glasses, so make sure you bring cups to accommodate children if you are staying with kids. The kitchen was well stocked, but again it didn't quite make sense.
The furniture is uncomfortable, but looks nice. Again, playing into the "entertainment" side not family friendly. The internet was good and the speed was adequate.
The area is REALLY busy, with that comes a lot of noise. This isn't a place for relaxing.
The backyard is just a deck. No grass or anything. The host monitors the camera that watches the backyard while you are sitting at the very fragile patio furniture. It makes using the backyard uncomfortable.
Overall, this is a nice place if you are using it as a central hub to see local sites or more so for wine tours. I would not say it is family friendly, unless you are just using it for the beds, which case, it is over priced. A decent spot if you have few options but there are better places in the area for less.
