The location of the hotel is good, next to the West Lake and walking distance to dining places, shopping and a subway station. However, there is a night market right outside the hotel and it is extremely crowded and noisy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and in good condition. Size of room is standard and Ok.

very hot rooms (27C), and they do not know how to reduce the temperature. But they do manage to change a room for me, but I need to open the door to let cold air to come in. They are very slow to refund the deposit. I left the hotel 3 days ago, they still have not yet refund my deposit yet.

初めての四湖でしたので、レイクビューの部屋にしました。8階建ての6階、四湖に向かって左側の部屋でした。朝日では無く西日の入る部屋です。利点は日の入が見られる所。山への日の入ですが、とても綺麗でした。部屋はフローリングで清潔感があり、日本人には快適ではないでしょうか。壁がやや薄いような感じもします。しかし、中国旅行には必須アイテムの耳栓を持参していたので問題は無かったです。朝食は種類も多くレベル的には高い方だと思います。3泊は飽きないと思います。バーは生ライブ&DJブースとカウンターブースとあ

Poor customer service
After one week my room deposit is still not refunded. No one can tell me when this will happen or tried to solve the problem at site on my check out. Everything got excused to banking problems. This kind of behavior or service with such an issue i would expect from a low level hotel chain, but not from an exquisite house like hyatt, this matter should be able to solve right away. Very very disappointing.

シャワーの水はけが悪くシャワー室から部屋へ流れ出しそうだったのが残念。排水溝の蓋を開けて回避しました。サービス、衛生面、ホスピタリティは安定して期待通りにかなり良いです。日本語ができるスタッフが要れば尚善。化粧水と乳液はアメニティになかったのが少し残念。シャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディーソープは満足です。

一次非常滿意的酒店享受
酒店位置非常理想，對一些多年沒到過或第一次到杭州的旅客非常方便， 衹需五分鐘到地鐵站口，附近商店及食店林立，面對西湖咫尺，無論看風景，遊西湖，逛百貨公司，品嚐杭州美食，都在咫尺，須然貴些也絕對值得， 服務態度一流，就衹有一個建議給酒店，就是人車分道不太理想，當行出酒店時沒有一條清淅的行人道，衹有行出車路。希望酒店有些改善，滿分應該不難。

Need to do a lot more to protect the brand.
Hotel was under renovation. Overall air quality was not good. Non-smoking floor was filled with cigarette odours. Audio tv system does not function well. Room carpet was not well vacuumed.
