Perfect Getaway!
A week on Hilton Head was a perfect getaway! The condo was clean, organized and equipped for a weeks' stay. We loved the pool and close ocean access. There are great bars and restaurants within close walking distance. We will be back !

Wonderful getaway!
We enjoyed 3 nights on Labor Day weekend in the condo. The space was perfect for us with the pull out sofa and amazing location! So close to the nice pool and beach! The beach was so crowded since it was a holiday weekend but still enjoyable. Only thing we wished the condo had was an oven. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great location
I stayed here for 3 days. I wanted to get away to the beach without breaking the bank. The location is perfect. I didn't even move my car once I got there. Everything you need is within a couple minutes walking distance. Grocery store, eating, shopping, the ocean, pool. The gaurd was very very friendly.

Family vacation
First time to HH and we were not disappointed! Booking was easy and info sheet was very helpful. The location was perfect walking distance to everything we needed and wanted. Having the pool and beach within steps of condo was amazing. The view from balcony was a plus too!

Great location on the beach!
This is our second year staying at the Breakers. We love the location— on the beach and walking distance to restaurants, grocery, and shops. The pool is a good size and plenty of parking available. The rooms are a good size for a couple or families with smaller children. The room is clean and provided everything we needed for our stay including some beach items which we borrowed. The owner was very kind and communicative. Check is was easy and we would definitely return to stay here.

Perfect for our getaway/business trip
Very convenient to the hotel where the conference was held, but with the convenience of more space and the kitchen. Nice view, good access to the beach, and Coligny Plaza had everything we needed: restaurants, grocery store, bakery, and "libations store." We didn't have to move the car once - just walked where we needed to go. Thank you!

Great place, great location
Kendra's property was terrific! It's right on the beach and right next to Coligny Plaza, with plenty of shops and restaurants. The condo was recently repainted and looked really nice. Kendra was super easy to work with: very responsive and helpful. I definitely will come back!

Great getaway.
This was a great first time to Hilton Head. The room was a good size for 2 people. The walk to the beach was easy and as advertised. We had two little problems with the room. The washing machine did not work. We brought detergent and our last night we were going to wash a few dirty clothes and it would not do anything. The second issue was the shower would not get above luke warm. The faucets had good hot water. The showers were a little disappointing. The location was excellent and close to all the necessities.

Hi Brandon, We appreciate your booking. I’m sorry you had trouble with the washing machine. I wish you had contacted me so I could have resolved that issue for you that evening. It does work but you have to turn it off then on each time and hold the start button until it lights. I did a load of laundry there a few days before you arrived. Just as advertised!
Stay was great. We got there right at 4pm (check in time) but were unable to get in room. Housekeeping was cleaning until about 5pm. She was very polite but it was awkward and we didn’t want to make her feel like she needed to rush but we had plans. Condo is as advertised and has everything we needed for our short stay. Awesome location and short walk to the beach. Beach is awesome in the mornings as most don’t get to the beach until lunch time it seemed! Kendra had made sure we had all details before arrival.

Maintenance
Nice place to stay with easy access to the beach and Coligney Plaza just across the street with great restaurants and shopping. Needs a couple things fixed. The screws on the safety chain on the door needs to be tightened. The closet door in the bedroom needs to be fixed. When I went to open it to hang my clothes, it came off the runner. My husband, who used to work in construction, tried to fix it. He said there was nothing on the bottom of the door for it to hook to. He couldn't get it to stay on track at the top. Other than that, I was happy with the unit.

It was perfect for what we were looking for!
The condo was clean and perfect for what we were looking for in our short little beach getaway! I wouldn’t recommend really more than 3 people at one time… but the beach and coligny plaza were both a 4 minute walk. A great place for a little family to stay!

Nice Condo
A great condo. Very clean. Modern bathroom. Great TV and internet. Good fridge/freezer. Great to have washer and drier. Great location (close to grocery store, shops and restaurants). Very short walk out to the beach. Compact size and storage limited. Communication with owner was very quick. Check-in and check-out very easy. Would stay again!

Great location - short walk over the dunes to gorgeous wide beach
The condo is small, which is fine because it was just the two of us. The bed is a little small but we found it very comfortable. As other reviewers had mentioned there are a few cosmetic issues that could be addressed but for the amount of time we actually spent in the condo we found everything to be more than adequate. We especially appreciated having the small cooler, beach chairs and umbrella. We traveled by plane so it was a bonus to have those things available to us--we used them every day. Great options for shopping, food and drink right across the street. We would definitely stay in this area again.

VERY convenient!
We have stayed in this complex before and this location is close to a wide stairwell and has a balcony view of the pool across the driveway and a sliver of the ocean beyond that. Coligny Plaza is RIGHT across the street and the park with free concerts is very close. BEACH is right there past the pool! Super easy check in with a code and no keys to keep track of. The hall door doesn't really close and the drawers in bedroom don't work well. We did finagle the TV in the bedroom to work. The kitchen could use a big pot, big pan and a good knife but other than these small things the place was just fine. AC was great! Kitchen small but the peninsula more than makes up for that. We just love this location ON the beach!

Not complaining.... the room has been poorly taken care of.
Overall the stay was good. However, there was just some things with the room that could use some work. None of the interior doors actually shut. The bedroom closet door was off the railing. The bed felt super old and was too small for the box frame. I'm assuming there was hooks on the bathroom wall at one point but it was just exposed plaster. The wifi never worked. The microwave above the stove was broke. There was left over ice cream in the freezer. The light for the fridge was hanging towards the first shelf. 90% of the towels were stained with what looked like a self tanner. O and the pool got shut down for a day. Again, not complaining but if I owned this room I'd want to be aware of what is going on with it. Thank you so much for letting us stay!!

124 Breakers has a great view and location. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It could use some minor fixes but overall it’s a great place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The location of this property couldn’t be better! The amenities are well maintained too. The condo itself is a little tight- but absolutely perfect for 2/3 people. The owner was amazing to work with and very responsive! It is exactly as advertised and I would definitely book again!

Great location. Small space.
We had a great time. The ease of having everything we could want in walking distance was great. The beach was just steps away. The apartment is tiny but we knew that. My husband and I with 2 teenage boys managed just fine. Would not be great to spend too much time indoors, but the weather was perfect so we only needed the apartment to sleep.

Awesome location just steps from the beach. Unit is near the stairs which also made coming/going very easy; pictures are accurate to what the unit is. Kendra was immediately responsive with answers to questions. There were beach chairs available for use. Only complaint was the cleanliness of the unit floors. Within the first hour of walking around barefoot our feet were dirty. Vents had obvious dirt around them and bedroom corners had dust bunnies.

The Breakers
The location across from Coligny Plaza was wonderful. No need to move your car. The access to beach was fantastic. I knew this condo was going to be small, but if we had more than 2 people it would not work. There was no place really to “unpack”. The closets were full and the dressers were hard to get to. Bathroom door would not close.

The condo was exactly as listed. The property is in a great location that is close to shopping and restaurants. We parked our car on the day we arrived and never got back in it until we left three days later. The upstairs neighbors were heavy footed when walking around but nothing unbearable.

Great spot
This condo is in a GREAT location! The condo was nice, we didn’t want for anything! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of silverware and pans. The room and bathroom were nice as well. The only down side was the floor cleanliness. My daughter who crawls had black knees and hands. This is not the owners fault..maybe ask the cleaning crew to use something different to clean the floors? Over all we were very pleased! We will be back!

Great location
The property was smaller than I imagined but definitely livable for me and my two sisters for a couple days. It could have been cleaner or more well kept. The bathroom had a strange smell to it like heavy cleaner and standing water. Beds and linens seemed clean but there was quite a bit of cereal in the couch which was kind of gross. Also struggled to get the tv to connect to the internet. Nothing that was a deal breaker. The location was amazing so easy to go to the beach and go back and forth to the condo for lunch. You can walk to so many different places from here restaurants, shops, and of course the beach. Which was my preferred mode of transportation. Parking at the condo was tough so not moving the car was crucial.

Needs updating. Location was wonderful.
Wonderful location. Access to the beach, food, and shopping was great. The property had beach items available to use though we didn’t use them as we had brought our own. There were several boards around the ceiling that looked like they may fall at any moment. Kendra was quick with responses to any questions I had.

Perfect location
This property was in a prime location. Facing the pool and only feet away from the beach. Our infant son had a blast with his first time swimming in a pool and at the beach. Great location across from Coligny plaza with good food and shops. Highly recommend a stay here!

Hilton Head Stay - FYIs
I'd like to be honest, so travelers after me are aware of what their stay will include. We stayed in the property for 4 nights, during the middle of June 2021. The property is a great location to the beach and Hilton Head shops and dining. Parking was enforced, which was nice, that way you always have a spot to park your car. The property overlooked the pool and had a balcony where you could see the ocean. Kendra was very responsive and a great host. Overall the stay was okay! As an FYI, you are required to supply paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. so plan to hit the grocery store before you check in. Our stay was not the cleanest, we arrived and at the top the fridge was covered in crumbs, dust, and an old granola bar. It did not seem like the shower had been cleaned as there was red soap marks on the walls and floor tile. The living food coffee table has gum and candy wrappers on the lower shelf, so I do not believe things were cleaned very thoroughly. We were able to look past those details and the sheets had been cleaned, which was nice. I made Kendra aware of the cleanliness and she was responsive. I believe a cleaning crew does the cleaning, so I'm sure she will have a conversation with them to improve these areas. The property could use some deep cleaning and even some updating. For instance, the molding around the hallway door was about to fall off, making it impossible for you to use the hallway door if needed. The fridge was older and seemed to be very loud, we had to keep the TV very loud to be able to hear it. Additionally, the back door had duct tape over the handle, so we had a hard time getting the door to lock at night. There was a foot lock, so we were able to use that. Also, the dryer was full of water when we arrived, which made me think it did not work very well. We opted to not wash any clothing during our trip due to the standing water in the dryer. The wifi is guest wifi, or the Breakers wifi. I found it to be very spotty, the guest wifi was what we ended up using. It's the wifi for all of the Breakers condo, so a public network and you had to re-establish the connection every time to have wifi. I believe because the wifi isn't great, the TV does not register Netflix or any online streaming options. A few minor things, the bed is very squeaky. The bedroom closet doors fall off the tracks often. Bathrooms walls could used a good clean.

Great place for vacation!
Everything was so close; beach, shopping, grocery store, Frosty Frog, restaurants. We did not drive for a week! The unit was clean and comfortable. We will definitely come again. The Breakers is a great place to vacation!
