The front desk was very proactive when I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned yet...I got a new one very fast...the new room was very clean and comfortable...my only concern was that the blackout drapes didn't cover the entire window...so only some semi-view blocking drapes were in place...which led me to believe that anyone could look into my room...management might want to re-evaluate that decision...

Our room had an awful smell. Thankfully the window opened because I gagged when we walked in. The carpet in the hallway and on the stairway desperately needed a vacuum. When we checked in the man at the counter wasn’t welcoming at all. He told us due to his computer having issues he didn’t have a king room for us so he put us in a queen. Okay, whatever. But I didn’t appreciate still being charged for a king room. If anything I should have received an additional discount for the inconvenience. Thankfully the bed was clean and comfortable and the man at the desk when we checked out was much friendlier. I’d stay again if I had to but I wish I would have just spent the extra $50 for a better experience.

Staff was nice but the property is run down and not cleaned well at all. The walls were filthy in the room and it smelled moldy. Furniture looks new but it’s inside a rundown old building that’s very poorly cleaned.

Upon arrival we had to wait for about 10 minutes for a staff worker to check us in. Then we got to our room to find it was not what we reserved so we talked to the front desk to see if we could switch rooms to what we booked and the room they gave us was not cleaned. They eventually cleaned the room but we were had to wait over an hour from when we arrived.

We had gotten to hotel a little after check in time and the room had not been cleaned so they moved my husband and I to a room with double beds and the one mattress was stained. The breakfast was horrible. Will not stay there again.

Pool wasn’t working and from other reviews I gathered that it has been a while. The signed claimed it was for ‘maintenance’ but I don’t think so. Side door of building was not locking indicated by another ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ sign. We found a pair of dentures on the windowsill in our room. Pretty gross. How this was missed by the cleaning staff is an indication of how tired this hotel is. The rate was wicked $$ and that is what motivates me to write my first review of anything ever. Don’t go to this hotel if it’s $225 a night like we paid.

Besides the carpet needing a thorough deep cleaning, the pool area was not in service and we were unaware of this until after we checked in. The staff did not inform us of this, we happened to see the sign on the door to the pool as we walked by.

This is by far the worst Hotel I've stayed in and I'm 61 . The toilet didn't flush, the bathroom ceiling had multiple repairs and still looked unsafe. The bathroom door had damage and was screwed together with the screws pertruding out the back of door. Cobwebs in the corners, the pool was dirty mold in shower and an attendant that was hard to find if at all. When we checked out nobody was around, so we left keys on the counter. My Wife and I were Very Disappointed with this facility. Whether this is Franchised or not Quality Inn should have more Pride than this. I do have Pictures available if you're interested in seeing them. Disappointed

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. So bad that I booked another hotel for my second night and was stuck paying for both. The staff was great but I will never stay at another Quality Inn! The quality was awful!

We literally checked in and immediately tried to get a refund after we saw our room! It was dirty the carpets felt wet. They said they were unable to give us a refund since we paid in cash so they ended up putting us in a different room which was very slightly better. Tolerable I suppose. We had no choice given the fact they would not refund our money.

Refund Please!
The hotel was NOT what we expected. We asked for a refund and left as soon as we checked in. The hotel and room smelled like mold, the bathtub was gross and old, the pool was dirty and unsanitary, and the staff was not friendly or helpful.

Clean public areas, very poor rooms.
Lobby area very clean. Good breakfast selection. All staff was friendly and polite. Room was not good at all. Old and in bad condition. So humid in the room that the carpet was damp. Smelled terribly musty in room from the humidity. Gnats flying around in room. Bathtub clean but stained. Bed was comfortable though.

In the room. Door jam broken on door, screen destroyed from what looks like break ins. Couldn't open window due to damage. Cob webs on ceiling. Walls literally dirty, cracked and peeling. Carpets filthy. Being was clean except for top cover, hasn't been washed in some time. Was fine for putting over the old 1970 couch. Spacious. Pool was horribly dirty, not been vacuumed in some time. Foamy water around edges. Cement around was broken, chipped and peeling, looks more like a hazard. Did not attempt to use the area. The breakfast area was nice n clean, had good selection. Fresh fruit and coffee was nice. Lobby seamed to be only area taken care of. Staff at reception were great. Polite, and Friendly.
