"We came for a long weekend to watch the solar eclipse. Dave's place is exactly as shown in the photographs - a very nice apartment, very clean and updated, and the beds were super comfortable. The house rules were clear and easy to follow, and our host Dave was very responsive. We had a very nice time and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Dave."

The owners did a wonderful job making us feel welcome including a welcome basket of treats! The beds were very comfortable and everything was just so cozy and comfortable. "Comfortable, clean, and well appointed carriage house within walking distance to the lake, shops, and restaurants. Quiet location as the carriage house is located at the back of the property with a nice happy hour porch overlooking a large yard, which our dog enjoyed. We appreciated Kate and Sebastian's attentiveness during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again."

"I booked the property for my husband and I to have a leaf peeping weekend away but his plans unfortunately had changed so I took my sister along instead. We loved the house! Kara greeted us as we pulled into the driveway, she was so friendly and said to text anytime with any issues. We had no issues or problems at all. The house was very clean, so well stocked, it felt like a B and B. She had a vase of flowers in the kitchen, fresh baked cookies for us, fresh eggs from their free range chickens...
