Front desk customer service was awful. The worst

The room was nice but it was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. The building was also in an area away from River street and our view was of a run down apartment complex, not the river and downtown area like I was expecting. Made walking somewhat questionable because it wasn’t in a great neighborhood and was further away from the river and parks area than expected.
