Lovely house, central location
This house was clean and well stocked. The hot tub was lovely as it was a cool and rainy weekend. Bring an eye mask because the mornings are bright with the thin curtains. Black out curtains in bedrooms might be a thought. Overall it’s a terrific rental.

Home was clean, the beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. Close to grocery stores gas station, Starbucks. Overall was a nice stay.

Nice visit in Fountain Valley
I stayed here with two colleagues as we were at a conference in nearby Anaheim. This location was convenient to the interstate. It was a nice small neighborhood. There were toiletries supplies and toilet paper/paper towels to get you started. Full appliances in kitchen. Many great places to eat nearby (try Cambalache)! Host was easy to communicate with. Check-in instructions easy to follow.

Great Location, Great Property!
We use this house to accommodate our coaches for a youth volleyball group. The coaches love the beds, the hot tub, the availability of parking, and the cleanliness of the property. 10 out of 10 for sure. We will continue to use this property whenever we can!

Great place for a family!
The house was close to so many places and it was easy access from main streets/roads. The rental was one of the cleanest vrbo we have stayed at. The yard was beautiful, and the kids loved the hot tub!

Great place to stay
Home was in a great location for our trip to California. Kids loved every moment at the house. It was definitely more homey than a hotel. We will be looking to stay again on our next trip. Fully recommend this listing!
