Booked the hotel based on the good reviews on Expedia, but by the time we made the trip, we discovered that the truth was far from good and that in the mean time the reviews had dropped significantly. From the first moment we set foot we did not feel comfortable at all.
It was very noisy, very crowded and it seemed that the guest from the neighbouring hotels, which belonged to the same chain, also used the facilities and even the restraunts, although their hotel category was less than ours.
Despite chosing it for the Aqua Park, we did not use it at all, instead we went out on day trips in the sea to stay as far away from the hotel as possible.
The food was horrible, not to standard at all. We checked out after 2 nights and booked another room in another hotel, even though our reservation was for 3 nights. On our way to the other hotel the driver told us that we were the 3rd family that day to check out earlier than planned.
The staff was very polite to us and the hotel as a facility is not really that bad. However the way it is run made it my worst travelling experience by far.
