Great location
Great house for a large group! Number of bedrooms and bathrooms are great and the kitchen and living room is great for socializing! 5 minute walk to the beach was great! Really enjoyed our stay! Yard and patio space is also amazing!

Amazing home in an amazing location
This house had it all. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The house was very clean and we all enjoyed our stay. Alex was great, he answered our questions immediately. I would definitely rent this house again.

Great location
Beach was a 4 minute walk! Super convenient. Grandkids had a great time making sandcastles and catching minnows. Ocean was a bit cold but my son managed to kayak anyway! Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard was close by so the whole family went on a day trip and enjoyed lobster rolls at the Lookout Tavern. House was super comfortable, great layout and stocked with enough starter supplies. Stop & Shop was a 10 minute drive so going food shopping was not a hassle. Alex was available and helpful. We all enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Highly recommend

Nice home!
The home is large and spacious. Plenty of bed and bathrooms. Very clean. There was no clutter. Plenty of dish and glassware as well as a fine assortment of cookware. Nice Webber grill. Nice washer and dryer. We had a dog with us...the back yard was fenced in so the dog had plenty of room to run around. My family and I had a wonderful week in Hyannis...and enjoyed our comfortable accomodations.

Perfect vacation home
This house was so beautiful! The set up was perfect, it was immaculate and the location is prime! The owners were so nice and pleasant to communicate with! There was 8 adults and the house accommodated us beautifully! Very well supplied! We have rented many houses but this one was our favorite!!! I can’t say enough nice things about our stay! I highly recommend it!

Best family vacation ever!
The first thing we require in a rental is cleanliness and this house did not disappoint. It was well appointed for our "short stay" needs. The fenced in backyard was great for our dogs and the short walk to the ocean was delightful. Our host was professional and courteous. Five stars all around.

Golf trip with 7 Adults
The property is great for us each year we do our golf trip. Conveniently located to courses and restaurants. House is very clean and beds are super comfortable. Having 3 showers is helpful as well. Full kitchen is great for cooking and eating in. Check-in and checkout is convenient and easy. Look forward to returning again.

Perfect
I had a few women gathering for a writer's retreat, and there was so much space for us. The kitchen was well equipped, and the house was clean and very comfortable. The best thing, maybe, were the number of bathrooms. No one ever had to wait. Happiness.

Great location and funtionality
The house was in a quiet neighborhood and was a short walk away from Key beach and the main st area of town. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and nicely laid out with a fenced, and private yard, and deck. Enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay there with family.

Annual Fall Golf Outing
Excellent property. Plenty of space for 8 adults. Very clean and well maintained. Communication with hosts was was very timely and informative. Host offered lots of suggestions for the local area. Definitely recommend this property.

Saved our vacation!
We had lost our vacation home of 25 years, and this home saved us! It was perfect for our large family, centrally located in Hyannis, super easy walk to the beach, and so well prepared for us with everything we could need! Could not have been better!

EXCELLENT!
I’ve rented many vacation houses. Some come close to expectations. Some miss the mark completely. This house was perfect. The house and amenities were exactly as stated in the description and BETTER! The deck and fenced in backyard were perfect for my little dog , coffee in the morning and outdoor grilling in the evening. Beach was a close 5 minute walk. Downtown Hyannis about a 25 minute walk. The owners, Alex and Val, were extremely helpful and could contact them easily. They gave us lots of suggestions including restaurants, shopping , sightseeing , etc. The even told us where we buy lobsters at a store where they cooked them for free. The house was spacious and comfortable, especially the beds. BEST VACATION HOUSE EVER!

Great family house near beach
This was a great house for a 3 generation family getaway! Lots of open space for cooking/eating/games together, but private rooms for sleeping and quiet time. Easy walk to beach even with smaller kids, and nice collection of beach supplies provided. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Cape Cod Experience
Our family of 9 was very pleased with this home. We were very impressed by the kitchen and the quality of the cookware, dishes, etc. The only addition I would recommend is a lobster cracking set. The beds were all very comfortable. Having 2 full bathrooms upstairs made it very easy for multiple people to shower after a perfect day at the beach or exploring the Cape. The beach chairs and umbrellas were great quality and it was so helpful to have a rolling cart to carry it all to the beach. Such an easy walk to one beach and a quick drive to Kalmus Beach (which had an amazing snack bar). The backyard/deck area was perfect for a large group to enjoy dinner outside or play in the grassy area. The off street parking for multiple cars was also very convenient. Alex was very responsive when needed and even called us to let us know the home was ready a little early for check in. It was a perfect week for the entire family. Thank you so much.

Hyannis Family Vacation
My family and I recently stayed at this property for a family vacation. The house is exactly as pictured online. We were 6 adults and three children (ages 10 to 15). The house was perfect for us. I loved the master bedroom and bath on the main floor. The house has a fenced in yard with deck and barbecue. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basic necessities and linens, bath and beach towels were provided. There was also beach chairs for us to use. The beach was a short walk from the house. Downtown Hyannis was a little further but still walkable. Alex and Valentina were wonderful hosts. It was a pleasure working with them and meeting them. They were very reachable, always answering any questions we had. They also provided us with so much information about the area. We had a wonderful time and if you are planning a trip to this area, I would highly recommend this home

Lovely Home

Nice house, great location.
My sisters and and I enjoyed staying at this property. It was in a great area and close to most everything. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. I didn’t give it a 5 as it could use a little more cleaning in a few areas. All and all I would rent there again.

Great family place
Eight of my family gathered to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. The house is exactly as described. The living room has plenty of seating and the kitchen table could easily sit 10. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a washer and dryer. In addition to the master bath, there is another half bath downstairs as well as two full baths upstairs with the 4 bedrooms. The location is perfect; only a couple of blocks to the beach and less than a mile to town. Alex is a very responsive host. This is a great place to spend some time.

Family Weekend on the Cape

Beautiful home
This vacation home is beautiful and spacious. The home easily accommodated our family 8. It has everything you need; pot, pans, plastic utensils, and more. Our only complaint was the heating system. Upstairs gets extremely hot and downstairs is just barely warm. The air is very dry which caused the family to get stuffy and sick with allergies. That put a slight damper on our vacation. Other wise everything was great.

The property was great for our trip. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms, and close to downtown Hyannis (or the beach, if it were warmer). Everything we would need was provided, from towels to linens to dishware and silverware. Would certainly rent again.

Wedding Weekend!
My husband, two kids, and their significant others spent the weekend of my other son/ their brother’s wedding at this beautiful house. It was a perfect place with open space, room to gather for breakfast and a big tv for a post- wedding day of sports. We now want to come back in the summer and enjoy the proximity to the beach. Perfect weekend, perfect place.

Great location!
This is an absolutely great location and beautiful home. We have rented different homes for years on the Cape and this is one I would definitely go back to. It was walking distance to a very nice beach and a very short drive to Main Street Hyannis. The home has more than enough space for a large family.
