Excelente experiencia. El hotel es 5 estrellas en cada detalle. Buena ubicación y excelente servicio. Desayuno excelente y el servicio en la playa igual. Para repetir.

Fantastic stay at the Riomar
Had a wonderful stay in the Riomar. The room and balcony were very good. The pool and private beach area were great and I can’t thank all the staff enough, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful especially Marco the concierge and the daytime receptionist who’s name I didn’t get. They really went above and beyond to look after us and make sure we had a great stay. We’re already planning to come back next year!

I had an amazing time! This was down in part to the staff, they are amazing, the most friendly, happy lovely bunch of people! Havent experienced anything like this in a long time! So much so we consider coming back again next year! The hotel was lovely, so clean, with really nice touches, like the robe and slippers, free daily water, beautiful breakfast with so many healthy choices and available till quite late, good food (room service and dinner) and good supply of sunloungers - so many good points, thank you!

Sehr schönes Hotel, Ausstattung sehr ansprechend, Poolanlage und Strand ist wunderbar. Servicepersonal sehr nett und zuvorkommend, manchmal etwas lange Wartezeiten. Stadt in der Nähe ist schön, gute Resturants, zum Einkaufen aber eher weniger. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen!

Lovely chic vibe at this boutique hotel . Gentle sea with very comfy chairs at pool and on the beach . Beds were also very comfortable . Extremely clean hotel . Great friendly /attentive service at breakfast , but could be improved at lunch/ dinner and in the lounge. Concierge very knowledgeable .

A comfortable,clean and friendly hotel perfectly located by the sea.customer service was exceptional and all staff very friendly at all times.my only criticism was i was unable to obtain information about the in room minibar(as my phone couldn't scan the barcode)which led to consumption of a very pricy bag of crisps which were located next to the "free" tea and coffee?however,when i raised this with reception,on viewing my bill,they immediately cancelled the charge as i pointed out i could buy a bag of crisps at a fraction of the charge at the nearby supermarket?so maybe the hotel should consider leaving a hard copy of the mini bar price list in the room to reduce the potential for confusion.i would definitely recommend this hotel,especially for families seeking a quite relaxing holiday

Très bel établissement, excellentes commodités, espace extérieurs impeccables, matelas de piscine et de plage toujours disponibles et gratuits, personnel professionnel et attentionné. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est tres complet et tres bon. Excellente situation, au calme et à quelques pas de tous les magasins/restaurants.

Serviço magnífico
Hotel situado em frente à praia, dispondo de espreguiçadeiras para os hóspedes sem custo adicional. O local é sosegado e bom para famílias e tem diversos restaurantes e supermercados nas proximidades. O pequeno almoço é variado, os produtos são frescos, de grande qualidade e continuamente repostos. Os quartos são arejados e bem decorados, dispondo de secador de cabelo, cofre, minibar, máquina de café e chaleira. A limpeza é excelente. Os funcionários são extremamente prestáveis, simpáticos e atenciosos, garantindo que os hóspedes tenham uma estadia sem quaisquer preocupações. O hotel dispõe ainda de serviço de parking por um custo adicional. Não tenho nada negativo a apontar e recomendo vivamente este estabelecimento.

Was very nice. Great and friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast, and nice water views from the room. Enjoyed that each room has a balcony. Took a little bit of time to figure out how the lighting in the rooms worked, if I had to give any sort of criticism.

Ein super schön eingerichtetes Hotel direkt am Meer mit tollem Service. Leider fanden wir aber, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Restaurant nicht so stimmte. Santa Eulalia ist auch keine wirkliche Schönheit, da lohnt eher ein Besuch in Ibiza Stadt.

Stunning hotel, but strange atmosphere
Loved the hotel. Absolutely beautiful revamp. Beach gorgeous, impeccable interior design. A feast for the eyes. The staff were rude, from manager down to waiters - a culture. The service was non existent most of the time, I was told to 'go back to my table' when I went desperately searching after 30 mins. All the beach beds were removed a week early for closing even though reception said they wouldn't be. Managers response was 'next year guests will have to pay to use them too' promising to treat the next guests worse doesn't make me feel better. And even though kids are allowed, fun, playing and laughter isn't so...

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Strand, mit super bequemen Liegestühlen, sowohl am Strand als auch am Pool. Sehr gutes Essen, schöne, saubere Zimmer. Leider wenig Platz für die Kleider und leider niemanden, der das Liegereservieren unterbindet. Sonst top!

Beautiful hotel - a truly wonderful stay
Have just returned from a perfect stay at Riomar. Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views & details everywhere you look. Room: We chose a sea view room and it was totally worth the extra cost - beautiful view out onto the bay and a real treat to wake up to the sound of the waves / the view of the sunrise each morning. Beds are incredibly comfortable with super soft linen and daily housekeeping including fresh towels and linen each day. Mini-bar was stocked but we simply removed all items so we could store our own drinks etc. Pool: The pool is stunning, and the sun loungers are the comfiest I have ever experienced! No issue getting a spot every morning - alongside towels to use - although we did stay at the end of the season so I imagine this may be different in the height of the summer. The service was dangerous as it was just so efficient - the team kept us topped up with Sangria all week! Location: The hotel is at the far end of the bay, so just under a 10 minute walk to the main hub of Santa Eulalia and the port etc. A small shop was right next to the hotel, perfect for picking up essentials. The hotel also have a dedicated section of the beach, directly outside the hotel, should you wish to sunbathe there rather than the pool. Breakfast: Buffet breakfast included every morning until 1130, so great if you're a late rise - no rush to get down for 10! All in all, a perfect stay and would 100% recommend!

The hotel is nice, good location. But on my arrival the blocked to much money (1000 Euro instead of 100 Euro) on my credit card - and I had to wait until I checked out, that I got credit again. Then one of my white blouse disappeared from my room (I'm sure it was a mistake) (it was no value, it just leaves me with very mixed feelings. and on my departure the taxi situation was a total catastrophe - and the hotel new about this difficult situation - I think in high season they should be prepared for this - it was a true disaster.
