Basic room, did the job. Good shower pressure, enough parking. Cheap, cheerful, did exactly what I needed.

The hotel is modern, the room is properly laid out and spacious, beds are comfy, bathroom/shower area is awesome, love the towel warmer. The location is accessible and near to bus and train station, During night time, the areas around the hotel is well lit. and most importantly, Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Inside the apartment the couch was very old. Bed was good and kitchen was OK. It was clean but the area it is in.... not very good. There are two stored very close by where food can be pirchased.

Great location, beautifully decorated room and good quality bedding, towels, toiletries etc. However .. our room (9) was TINY .. the gap on one side of the bed was approx 8 inches between the bed and the wall so very difficult to navigate safely particularly at night without stubbing your toe on the one side or bumping into to door handle on the other. There was no where to put a suitcase to unpack other than on the bed or the floor which was difficult for us. The en-suite was tastefully done but no where to put toiletries and only one tiny glass shelf above the basin. The shower cubicle was also very small indeed. Bedside tables had lamps and a radio or phone so again no space for much else. The space was just too tight - It’s really not a suitable room for two people. If we had been staying more than one night we would have asked to move rooms.

The hotel is situated in beautiful surroundings and we were lucky to be given a stone cottage apartment with outside decking overlooking the pond and grounds. Beautiful! The staff were all very pleasant but overstretched and and quite stressed at times. Breakfast was good but didn't run smoothly. The restaurant food and service was very good.The pool and spa were really lovely and the gym looked amazing. Don't rely on trying to get a taxi anywhere. Our main reason for staying here was to visit family for a birthday party. The hotel rang for a taxi twice and nothing turned up. We waited for a full hour and ended up having to drive. Fortunately me managed to get a taxi back but it was expensive. Lovely place to stay in , would be even better if they weren't trying to run on minimal staff . We would stay again because of the location and facilities.
