Only complaint was the parking spot #12 had two trees on either side and couldn’t park my rental vehicle in it. Had to use a guest spot for my visit. Property was clean, spacious and well-maintained. Host responded immediately to any messages and was very welcoming. Overall a great place to stay.

Convenient location
Great location. 7 minutes to Diamond Peak and a few minutes to supermarket and restaurants. Place is very clean and well maintained. The owner is very quick to respond to requests. Would definitely stay again. Wonderful experience.

Ski weekend
We had a nice stay as a family of four for a quick ski weekend. Check-in and out were easy, the place was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed, and the hosts responded to messages quickly. Some of the neighbors were noisy at night, but that wasn’t the fault of the hosts. We would stay there again.

Perfect Home Away from Home!
The reviews about this place don't lie. The property has everything you would want in a vacation home. The check in process was easy. The home was very clean and quiet. TVs in every room had free Netflix and Youtube TV. It's also centrally located and only a few minutes to all shops & restaurants in Incline Village. King's Beach, Tahoe East Shore Trail and Sand Harbor State Park are only a few miles away too. The homeowner was quick to respond to any issues we had. The only downside for us was that on our last night, there was a blackout for the entire neighborhood. Thankfully, this occurred after midnight and was restored a couple hours later.

Great stay
Great location. Kitchen was well stocked. Our young boys enjoyed the toy options which was a surprise! They also loved having their own tv in room. Bed bumper in closet and beach chairs were added bonus. Appreciated the fast response time for messages! Would stay again!

Great location in Incline Village!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The owner was very communicative and helpful in finding local activities and left some toys and games for our daughter to keep busy! Property is well equipped (everything you need for the kitchen) and very clean. Dedicated parking and quiet at night. Very close to groceries, good places to eat, beaches and hiking. We enjoyed our stay and the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe! Would recommend this property when visiting Lake Tahoe/Incline Village!!

Close to the lake and the slopes!
The condo is ideally located minutes from the lake and Diamond Peak Resort. The beds are extra comfy, and there are three TVs throughout, not to mention a fully stocked kitchen with all amenities. We would stay again!

A wonderful place to atay
We had a very nice stay in this condo. It is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and even has a spice rack. The owners were very responsive to our messages. Thanks for letting us stay in your place.

Condo with all the necessities

Fun times!!
We had such a great time at this property, it was close enough to the places we wanted to go to. Great communication with the owner, and was very accommodating!! House was sparkling clean, had everything you possibly could think of that you needed, coffee grinder + coffee beans??!! Great perks!!!! The kids also enjoyed their own TV in their bedroom too ;) Would definitely go back soon!!! Thanks again for an amazing stay!!

Great Property Large Cleaning Fee.
This site was great for my needs and I worked in the area and was able to relax due to the location. The internet was too slow to use so I had to use my Hotspot for emails. The property is very nice and I left it perfect. The stair rails do not go all the way to the second floor and the rail up to the front deck is not attached well. Not trying to be too picky as it was a great value except for the cleaning fee doubling the rental rate. Even with that it was far better than a hotel.

Hello hello! I’m glad you were able to relax at our place. Charter guarantees minimum of 100 Mbps, up to 200, I am surprised you had to use you hotspot to check emails, we had guest having zoom meetings, nobody complained about it so far. About the rail, I assume the builders didn’t go all the way up because of the close walls, they were 3 steps without a rail. After addressing this issue we replaced the entire rail with a new long one, thank you. During slow season, like the month of May, we have lower rates, but we cannot lower the cleaning fee, which is actually similar with other properties are changing. The cleaning companies are not cheap, unfortunately, we pay them how much they ask for, that’s how we establish the fee. Thank you for staying with us! Take fare!

Comfortable stay
This property met our expectations. Place was clean and had everything we needed. It has an assigned parking space which was great. It is very close to the beach and restaurants. Check in was a breeze. We were even allowed to check in early. Ana was very responsive to all our questions. Will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it to others.

4-night stay, wish we had more time. Ended up with another couple, friends from Polluck Pines, staying with us the first night after cocktails. Having the 2nd bedroom and 1.5 bath rooms was perfect.

A quiet and clean condo, very convenient location
My family of 4 spent a very nice week at Don’s condo. The condo is nicely renovated with tasteful decorations and modern conveniences. It was extremely close to stores, restaurants, and the lake. The condo was also very clean and well maintained. Thank you again for letting us stay! We would love to book again in the future.

Nice home, good location
The property was clean and well maintained and located in a convenient location. I found the condo very comfortable. My only concern is if you have people with mobility issues (which we had one), the entrance path and staircase are an issue.

Perfect close-in Tahoe vacation getaway
We so enjoyed this Incline Village condo. Close to restaurants and the lake. Easy access digital lock. Modern conveniences. Comfortable space for relaxing after a long day of playing. Our second day we rented e-bikes at Vista Trail Bikes and had the time of our lives cruising along the Eastern shore taking in all the gorgeous sites for photography. We'd love to do this trip again!

Had everything we needed.
Thjs was a very reasonable accomodating location. Everything we needed was there. Cooking oil, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, pots, pans. We just got the main dishes we were planning to prepare. Cleaning fee was a little steep, but the place was very clean and required nothing of us when checking out like other places that require you to do dishes, strip the beds, etc. For this reason the high cleaning fee might be worth it for folks The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was a nice surprise. I would recommend this place for folks who want a nice comfortable place to stay while skiing. Diamond Peak is only 6-7 minutes drive away. Note: there is no fireplace but the place was warm and cozi with a decent Nest set heating system.

my wife and I are cleanliness fanatics and this condo exceeded our expectations in that respect. we had 2 guests over for dinner that were staying at the Hyatt for the same price we paid and they banged their heads against the wall regarding what we got for our $ compared to what they got. electronics were great. we will stay there next time we are in IV

Great Condo
We definitely enjoyed our stay! Area was super quiet during the day and night. Condo was clean, kitchen well stocked for breakfast and eating take out, 3 TVs provided plenty of entertainment in the evenings. Plenty of restaurants near by or at Kings beach. Beware, they book up quickly. Some places didn’t offer take out as they were understaffed. Hopefully it’ll change once the businesses are able to hire more staff. The property manager was nice enough to leave us his punch card so we could go to the beach. Thank you so much!

This townhouse was just as described. It was well equipped and clean. We loved being on the northern end of the lake. Easy drive to great spots including Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, Tunnel Creek trails, and more. We loved our stay!
