“The flat is in a nice neighborhood of London with convenient accesses to public transportation and restaurants, grocery, and other entities important to travelers. The hotel staff were helpful in meeting us at the apartment with complimentary supplies for newcomers. We communicated with hotel hotline about a problem with the washer and they checked and offered remedies to satisfy our needs. The rooms are cleaned and everything is ready for moving in.”

“No room were ready when checking in even though I came over afer 3pm no one on recipient desk we have been waiting wondering for 20 minutes at last the house keeper came down and no room ready after another 15 minutes checked in and linen sheets were not fresh there was blood on them so call them to put fresh on them (change them) Not happy at all”

A sub-par stay with one saving grace
"Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit rundown now. It is still clean, but needs better maintenance with paint jobs and attention to aesthetics. During my 3 nights there in December, the heat did not seem to work and the boiler broke down for a few hours. This meant a freezing show on a day that had a 40 degrees temperature. The best feature was the breakfast served. It was a very high quality breakfast that was included in my stay. It almost makes me want to go back to the hotel, but they desperately need to pay attention to maintenance."
