El Servicio de expefia horrible me 9bligaron a pagar un seguro, solicite la devolucion en el momento la app no mevdejaba accedervpara la cancelación. Envie un enail, no respondieron ybya despues diheron quevera muy tarde. Cuando la pagina jamas funciono. La habitación del hotel estaba bien. Pero el barrio y la recepción horrible

Niedliche Einrichtung, Nette Dame am Empfang. Wir hatten ein großes und helles Zimmer mit Küche. Das Bad war leider muffelig und nicht so sauber. Dazu hatten wir auch leider nur kaltes Wasser zum duschen. Das Hotel ist auch nicht direkt erkennbar, da nirgendwo ein Schild hängt. Auch wenn viel in der Stadt los ist, finde ich die Lage von außen eigentlich ruhig, jedoch von innen sehr laut (Treppenhaus). Für den Preis den wir für eine Nacht gezahlt haben, war es in Ordnung, bis auf das kalte Wasser und die Sauberkeit im Bad.

Als wir ankamen, haben wir zuerst den Eingang zur Unterkunft nicht gefunden, weil nichts ausgeschildert war. Als wir dann nach langer Suche doch noch den Eingang gefunden haben wurden wir freundlich begrüßt. Der Rezeptionist hat sich schnell um uns gekümmert. Als wir dann in unserem Zimmer waren haben wir festgestellt, dass es klein ist aber ausreichend für 2 Personen. Da unser Zimmer zum Hof geschaut hat, war es auch angenehm ruhig. Das Zimmer hat eine kleine Küchenzeile, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen aber dafür auch nichts besonderes. Das Badezimmer war auch in Ordnung und sauber. Es war nur etwas klein, zu zweit konnte man sich nicht gleichzeitig im Badezimmer aufhalten. Das komplette Gebäude und die Zimmer sind halt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das sieht man überall. Man sollte nicht übermäßige Anforderungen haben. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es eine gute und günstige Unterkunft. Da die Unterkunft sehr Zentral liegt braucht man auch nicht weit fahren um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Shoppingmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsgeschäfte sind sogar fußläufig erreichbar. Als in Allem war es eine schöne Zeit in Istanbul.

Всё было хорошо, но не для любителей простора.
Хорошо, но от фото на сайте у меня было больше ожиданий. На самом деле комната оказалась малюсенькой и мне было тесно (пространство у лифта тоже ограниченное). А на входе не было вывески с названием отеля и мне пришлось спрашивать людей на улице туда ли я пришла, когда его искала. Удобно, что рядом метро, большой парк, музеи, торговые центры, автобусные остановки. Вайфай в комнате хорошо работал. Понравились упитанные котики, которых можно было погладить и покормить на завтраке.

Rapport qualité prix correct. Bien situé.
Bien situé, confort correct, le service est limité, se munir d’un traducteur google pour communiquer. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, petit déjeuner minimum, dehors il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Personnel jeune et gentil.

Hôtel est situé approximativement proche de place Taksim. Logé 4ème étage mais on entend jusqu’à tard les gens qui parlent fort dans la ruelle de l’hôtel.

Cumbalı olması, fiskosun konumu ve baktığı sokak cok hoştu. Oldukça minik bir odaydı, biraz daha detaylı temizliğe ihtiyacı vardı ama konumu ve otelin tipi muazzam.

They are not very friendly or flexible with guests, place is very well located. Door was close at night and the receptionist was rude when he had to open the doo for me. It’s nice size room and quiet. They bring the breakfast to your room.

Other than the breakfast (waste of effort on behalf of them and basic) it was a pleasant enough stay. We had the kitchenette room which was great, spacious and the shower is very powerful too and good a/c (room 402). Overall I would give it 3.5/5 as breakfast was poor even if they bring up to your room!

Warning do not approach !!
Warning do not approach !! Substandard hotel, air conditioner doesn't work and they said they called a technician to fix it and he didn't come at all a week before our departure, you have to ask for clean towels and toilet paper every time, reception staff can't speak English only Turkish and you can't communicate with them and when you ask to ask he is angry and sulky that you are bothering him. Breakfast like a prisoner's, a cold hard-boiled egg, half a tomato, half a cucumber and jam with unprepared and cold toast and then you can only eat in the room, a sad and unpleasant experience...

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, was sich im ersten Moment gut anhört, jedoch konnte man die Balkontür nicht abschließen, so dass jeder theoretisch über den Balkon ohne Probleme ins Zimmer kommen kann. Zudem war die Dusche komplett verschimmelt und der Klodeckel war schmutzig.

Son derece başarılı bir yer
Hizmet ve olanaklar oldukça yeterli ve başarılıydı. Odalar pek geniş değil ama çok konforlu. Otelin konumu da gayet iyi. Yalnızca sabah kahvaltı hizmeti daha iyi olabilir, o da otelin düşüneceği bir husus olsun :)

Hotel Şişli'de bir ara sokakta bulunuyor. Otlein girişinde tabelasının olmaması benim gibi akşam vakitlerinde giriş yapacaklar için sorun olabilir, buna bir çözüm bulunabilir. Konaklamama gelince; odadaki eşyalar yeni, temizlik de gayet güzeldi. Isınmayla ilgili yaşadığım soruna da çalışan arkadaşlar yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı ise geliştirilebilir noktalardan birisi, özellikle kahvaltıya getirilen ve sıcak servis edilecek yiyeceklerin (yumurta vs.) uygun şekilde ve taze hazırlanması gerekir. Özetle, geliştirilebilir yanları olan ve potansiyelli bir otel diyebilirim.

Odamız gayet güzel temizlenmiş son zamanlarda temizlik işçileri rahatsızlık geçirdiği için odamız temizlenmedi malesef okadar büyütmelik durum değildi sadece yatıp duş aldığınız bir yer olarak baktığınız da okey ama sabah kahvaltısı kötü dene. Bilinir turizmle ilgi bilgim olduğu için kaynatılan yumurta bir sonraki günden kaldığı çok belli oluyordu ve 5 dilim tost ekmeği saçma 6 yaparsınız ki iki kişi yede yete bilmeli. Ama fiyat performans için bakacaksan gayet uygun konumu olarak bile yeterli sayılır

Rude staff, horrible stay!!
Horrid service and extremely rude staff!!! We checked out at 3 am to catch our flight in the morning, and we let them know about our early leave while we are checking in. The night shift person was a grumpy, rude guy. Not only he didn't bother to help us with our bags, but he also shot the door in our faces when we left the hotel. What a horrid way to start your travel back home. STAY AWAY from this place... Gece 3te ucagimiza yetismek icin otelden erken ayrilmak durumunda kaldik. Anahtari teslim ettigimiz gece gorevlisi gordugum en suratsiz, en kaba saba insandi. Bize hic bir sekilde yardimci olmadigi gibi ciktigimiz kapiyi da, pat diye suratimiza kapatti. Otelin kimleri bunyesinde calistirdigina, bu insanlarin musterilere karsi boyle kaba saba davranan calisanlara goz yummamasi gerektigini dusunuyorum.
