We stayed at this property for six nights. The property itself is beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful; However, we did have issues with the room.
First, we did not get the rooms we had booked and paid for, even though we booked 10 months in advance.
We booked a premium room with a kitchen and the room was not not available. We were given a downgrade as the hotel was fully booked. The onsite manager did credit us with food vouchers.
The room we were in had a kitchen but there were very few kitchen supplies, no oven mitts, no coffee maker, no oven tray, inadequate cutlery, only one small pot, etc...
We also had a leak from the air conditioner and the sink which was not repaired during our stay, even though we asked three times for it to be looked at. instead we had towels on the floor soaking up the water all week. I believe the problem with this property is general management. The staff were very nice but It appears they are not adequately trained.
