Unfortunately, we were not informed that you wouldn't be returning back with a credit card, nor did we receive any cancellation request. As a result, our front desk team was eagerly awaiting your arrival, expecting to complete the check-in process. While I understand your frustration and disappointment, unfortunately, we're unable to issue a refund in this instance.
