Relatively run down place, but to be expected for that price, so that was totally ok. It was reasonably clean, but the carpet was pretty filthy. The only thing I disliked was the only lukewarm water in the shower. On all occasions I had a shower, the water never got hot or even warm, was just lukewarm. Wouldn’t be an issue in summer, but not so pleasant in spring.

Room was adequate, remodeled sometime in the last couple years, and hasn't been swept or vacuumed since. Sheets hadn't been changed in awhile either. Would have left immediately but last room in town due to spring break and my 2 year old couldn't ride in the car any longer

Our first room was great but the heat wouldn’t work. The second room was not as clean or updated as the first. Overall an ok experience.

Pretty basic place if all you need is a bed and a shower. Conveniently located. Room was dated but clean. Be aware there is no breakfast.

The pictures online were way better than the actual room. The shower dripped the which made enough noise i could hear it over the air conditioner which also made a lot of noise. The curtains wouldn't close properly which limited privacy. Everything was old and in bad repair. There are better places for the money.

ROACHES IN THE ROOM.
First off the pictures of the place is very deceiving!! So when we arrived I ask could I see the room before finishing the reservations and the man behind the counter got very angry with me. He did let me go in and see so we decided since it had the 3 queen beds we would go ahead and finish, well the bathroom was nasty, I hated for my kids to even take a bath there, then the floors was so nasty I took a towel and mopped it, we managed for 2 nights, as we are leavn the cleaning lady is there said she has no mop or anything to clean the floors cause we ask. Then when we get to our room for the next night we open the suit case and there is roaches in them!!! The health department really needs to inspect and shut this place down it’s nasty and I will never never stay here again. ROACHES. I have pictures to post to prove it. We have been itching very bad since we left so I’m sure we got some infection from the place.

Vaut bien 45 $, pas plus!
Hôtel servant d'entrée pour Zion et Bryce. Personnel terriblement désagréable. Nous avons eu un doute sur le fait qu'on a tenté d'ouvrir une de nos valises en notre absence (code cadenas bougé et aligné ce que nous ne faisons jamais). De petits cafards dans la douche mais peut être lié à la localisation en "campagne". Piscine très petite et non sécurisée. Je déconseille à des famille avec enfant jeunes ne sachant pas nager.

It was good for an emergency one night stay. The chair in the room was stain. Not complaining you get what you pay for. It was perfect for a one stay passing through town. Please don't expect a 5 star room here 😊

They say you get what you pay for. For the amount of money that we paid it was just fine. But there was some funky thing going on with the door that made me feel unsafe.

I did not liked or find anything unique concerning this property. We did not spend the night. Moldy and smelled bad. Pool was a cesspool with a trashed out parking lot. Our family felt very unsafe. I was unable to get my money back for the night. Expedia needs to check out hotels offered online. Stayed at a BW for $20 more which was great. I also purchased insurance, what a waste of money and time. Expedia needs to get their act together. Pictures and description of the property were false and mis-leading. This reflects on Expedia. Please save other customers the pain of a crappie hotel Remove this listing from your site and refund my money. Thank you.

The toilet was clogged and overflowed. We had to leave this place around 12am and stayed in the car cz no vacant place could find to stay that night.
