Todo me gustó la verdad, ni me pareció que el precio fuera caro, pude usar sus instalaciones como gimnasio, alberca, restaurante y todo excelente.

Incredibly welcoming front desk staff. Was able to accommodate the need for an early check-in. Room is spacious and seems very clean. Wonderful experience so far!

Great hotel. Comfortable and very clean. The fitness facility was really good with towels and water and cleaning supplies. I would stay here again but would eat breakfast elsewhere as it was very disappointing.

I would like to give a special shout out to Joseph at the front desk as he was very friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean and everything I needed for my trip. The gym was amazing!

We lost our room on April 20 as our flight could not land at Kelowna airport because of a storm so we’re taken back to Calgary. The following morning the shuttle did pick us up at airport and since it was still before check out time , we were given a take out breakfast and allowed to wait for our daughter that was coming to pick us up.

Overall it was a good stay at this hotel. It is relatively new and does not show any lack of attention to keeping it that way. The fitness facility is very good. I was disappointed at breakfast as they ran out of milk and, although they said it would only be 5-10 mins, they never did replenish the milk. Finally I asked and was offered an almond milk. I don’t know how you run out of milk when you provide breakfast every day and should know how much you need?

Hotel and rooms are great. Parking was terrible. Had to park in the strip mall. Hoping my vehicle will be there in the morning. The hotel was great. Unfortunately we were in a room by a bunch of parents and kids that were partying. Kids running up and down the halls, knocking on doors and screaming. Not the hotels fault… just people that don’t consider others are there to rest. Beds were comfortable. Everything else was great!
