My daughter and I stayed here for two nights recently.Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed.Beds super comfortable.It did get a littke hot at night but there was a heatwave so it was understandable.Most of our time was spent reading with a glass of wine on the beautiful deck.It had a wonderful hottub and koi pond.Our favorite thing was the host.We had the most wonderful breakfast and both our plates were empty after.Anything we needed she was s text away.We had some frozen goods and we were given a freezer pack and cooler to transport back home.We will not stay anywhere else in Kelowna.A

This is an excellent bed and breakfast. The home is beautiful with an amazing back yard/patio. It is very welcoming and the staff were great! The breakfasts are absolutely incredible, we will definitely be returning if we travel to Kelowna again. It is also just a 3 minute lime scooter ride to downtown Bernard Ave.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Our room was impeccably decorated, clean and comfortable. We stayed in a calming space tastefully decorated in soft lavender and sage. In addition to being spotless, our one hundred year old room was equipped with a high tech Smart/satellite TV and efficient Wifi access. The outside space was relaxing - the perfect spot for a glass of local wine or craft beer. Breakfast was served in the yard each morning and we couldn’t wait to see what work of art the staff had created. Finally, the staff…we can’t say enough about how wonderful we were treated at Chatham House. We felt special and pampered. We will definitely return.

Sublime holiday
Excellent; breakfast served every morning was a lovely experience. A unique property and experience. We also enjoyed the hot tub, even enjoying refreshments served as we relaxed and felt the therapeutic effects.

We had a wonderful stay here. Our suite was extremely spacious and comfortable. The outdoor facilities were well-maintained and nice. We had wonderful breakfasts the two mornings we were there as well.

I am giving 2 to the staff because I booked the bed and breakfast on the same date I wanted to stay, the owner called me back said since she was not in the town, check in time would be 7 pm or she could call Expedia to cancel the booking. I was already in the airplane, did not have time to cancel and book somewhere else. Ended up to check in 7 pm,

Hello Habibeh! Since it was a last-minute booking and the owner had an urgent situation on the day of your arrival, it led to the change in the check-in time. While we regret not being able to offer an earlier check-in, we did provide the option to cancel through Expedia. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this change, your experience has highlighted an area where we can improve our communication in similar situations in the future. We are glad that despite the initial inconvenience, you were able to enjoy your stay at our bed and breakfast!

Excellent! Some other guests did not read or respect the rules specified re ‘after-10:00 p.m. quiet (younger female group) plus a family with 2 young children, but that didn’t ruin the vacation for us.

Our room had all the amenities; fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The hot tub and backyard areas were lovely. The breakfast was excellent. I liked that our room had an exterior entrance so that we did not have to go through the house.

We had the hospitality suite which features two comfortable queen beds and there is a microwave and refrigerator along with a separate shower and powder room w/ toilet. Covid has made changes to the breakfast portion of the B&B experience but we were provided with gift cards for wonderful cafe's within walking distance. The staff were friendly, responsive and helpful.

We’re sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your stay. New towels, additional toilet paper, and garbage are usually changed by request. As well, in regards to the city bus day-pass, we suggested it might be an option for you and to ask the bus driver. You could have misunderstood the bus driver as Kelowna transit does have Day-passes available. As for the bathtub, the pictures on Expedia do clearly show a shower and not a bathtub. We try our best to fulfill all our guests requests and if you ever stay with us again we can always arrange for additional restocks as long as it’s communicated. We ask our guests if they need any extra supplies at breakfast. Perhaps there was a miscommunication due to language barrier. I hope that this explains your concerns.

It was luxury at its best. They are better than a 5 star hotel. The family suite was spacious and airy. I felt so relaxed in every part of the house. You were able to enjoy all the sitting rooms as well as the outdoor patio which had several seating areas so we could enjoy our meals outside. The staff were welcoming, accommodating and did everything they could to enjoy our stay. It was also very close to the downtown core of Kelowna. We could walk to local restaurants, shops and sights.

We loved how well put together the entire experience was at Kelowna Bed & Breakfast. From allowing us to do a relatively late check-in, to the elegant furniture and room details. Breakfast was excellent... we had it outside on the patio every day. We had access to supplies like extra in-room coffee and there were slippers and hot-tub towels. We liked that there was on site parking and nice touches like the skylights, a scented candle and a very comfy bed! Our room was spacious and bright! It was an unexpectedly good place to stay!

Tolle Gastgeber, sehr nett. Das ganze Haus ist super schön und gepflegt! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und alles mit viel Liebe gemacht! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden sofort wieder dort übernachten. Einen Nachteil gab es: das Bett! Es rutsche bei jeder Bewegung und die Stützen unter dem Bett müssten mal angeschraubt werden denn so nützen sie nichts!!! Ansonsten alles top, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen 😊👍

Good points: room is clean, room design is cool, staff is kind, location is convenient, breakfast is simple but good, TV has on demand service. Bad points: no tissue paper, no trash bins (only one near the toilet), the smell of the room is a little wired.

The furniture and decor was beautiful and clean. Very quiet, barely even noticed the 4 other people in the house. Was located within walking distance of many great restaurants!

The room was clean and spacious. The service was friendly with plenty of breakfast choices. The decor was festive for the season. Would definitely stay another time. One small suggestion: it would have been nice to have a sports package on the TV. Will recommend this B & B to our friends.
