“Great communication from hosts, Close to Abercrombie park for running, hiking and beach access. The mattress in the small bedroom (no windows) was a bit older/better for kids. There are no black out curtains in king bedroom. Kitchen well stocked and comfortable couches. Appreciated the kids books and toys.”

“The property is very well maintained. It is very clean and welcoming.Its really nice yo have basic staples in the kitchen so we didnt have to run out and buy all spices. Coffee and tea were also stocked. Its a quiet little area other than boats and water planes coming and going, which to us is part of the charm. This was our second time staying here and looking forwsrd to our next.”

“This is such a cute place! Enjoying the sun on the deck right on the water was lovely. Everything is nicely updated. Good communication from the host and you can tell she really cares about the quality of her property and values her guests.”

“We spent a couple of nights (+ an unexpected extra night after a floatplane weather delay) at this property and it worked out well for the 5 of us. The unit was clean, easy to access and was across the street from a lovely cove and within walking distance of a really nice state park. It is just off the main road so there is road noise. And it is outside of the town of Kodiak so we relied on taxis which were easy to arrange but kind of a hassle - I’d rent a car next time. Jessica (prop manager)...
