La habitación no fue lo que reservé, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba se mantuvo en 28C, la cafetera no servia, él inodoro estaba sucio y las cortinas estaban sucias, polvo x toda parte, no pude dormir en la habitación y no hubo respuesta positiva del hotel. No podría recomendarlo a ninguna persona x limpieza y condiciones de la propiedad interior

Hotel práctico y bien ubicado.
Hotel muy práctico y bien ubicado, ideal para una estadía corta. Muy antiguo y con desperfectos. El aire acondicionado no enfría. Feo olor a caño en todo el hotel. La mayoría del personal es muy amable, aunque hay algunas excepciones. Wifi funciona muy bien.

The hotel is quite old but clean. The swimming pools open at 8am-9pm. Would be nice if they kept opened. It’s really convenient for food and commute. Everything is 3-7 mins walk away. The Twin Tower, 7/11, Durian shop, shopping mall, their MRT, night food truck, you named it. Everything is just right there.

It's an outdated property, but well located in the city, close to the Petronas Towers and other landmarks. The front desk staff lacks of friendly attitude.

The concierge team were very helpful with my enquiries and assisted in the repair of the periscope handle on my carry on case, much appreciated and many thanks. The room 822, has plumbing issues, the flush button on the toilet leaks as does the wash basin in the bathroom, which also needs a new plug. As well the air conditioning although cool is rather humid in the room.

The breakfast service staff (roti prata man) shld be fired - poor service staff, seems unhappy to serve & utterly rude. 1 man can bring down standard for all the others who were pleasantly helpful. The construction piling (understand it is short term) made it the room closes to it untenable.

Had a great stay. Friendly staff and good room. Pool is really nice. Be mindful that there is a large construction going on next to the hotel which made a lot of noise...and will probably continue for a long time.

Location is close to petronas tower and KLCC station. Hotel is dated and not to be looked after. Especially bathroom is very old but there was housekeeping everyday. It was a quick check in and check out.

God central beliggenhed i gåafstand fra shopping, Petronas Twin Towers og KL Tower. Hotellet og værelserne var lidt slidte, men ok. Morgenbuffeten var ikke imponerende. De var meget søde og hjælpsomme i receptionen.

Hotellet borde ha en 1a eller 2a som mest i stjärnor. Otroligt nedgånget hotell med korridorerna fulla med mögel och lukt. Rummet hade äcklig heltäckningsmatta som var full med hår. Min bebis hittade och stoppade flera hårtussar i sin mun som jag fick ta ut. Väldigt ofräscht. Badrummet ser ut som en misslyckad DIY där allt är dåligt övermålat och fogat ihop.

Perfekt hotell för en två nätter lång resa! Centralt läge, hjälpsam personal, sköna sängar och okej frukost. Mysigt med pool på kvällen och fin utsikt! Gymmet är väldigt litet och rummet var lite slitet. Men helt klart värt priset! Rekommenderas!

Great location! Only 3-5 minutes walk to access to the KLCC station. And less than 10 minutes walk to KLCC park and twin tower. This hotel has an excellent breakfast selections. Rooms are clean and well maintained. They also have great service after checking out. I asked if I can leave our suitcases while we go for sightseeing before going to the airport, and yes they have this service. Also this hotel was letting us to take shower at the second floor beside the pool area. Very thoughtful hotel. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
