Our son’s college was 24 minutes from the house and it worked out perfect for him to come visit and us enjoy Family Weekend at the school to watch him play baseball! “Hot tub was broken initially then repaired while we were there the first night . We never had a chance to use it because we were to bust and quiet time was 10 PM . We respect the rules so we never went in. Plenty of room. We only used the house to sleep a few hours and shower and leave for the ND game. ”
