“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! “Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone. “Enjoyed our stay here! Room and bathroom are spacious with good storage/counter space. Easy check-in with no problems even though we booked with a 3rd party. Large parking lot. Great complementary breakfast with many choices. Close to Red Rocks and we would stay here again.”
