“This is not a complete house, this is a basement of a house. We are late night people, and we were constantly worried we might wake up the owners upstairs. This was not well-communicated to us ahead of time, so we ended up leaving the location and staying at a local friend's house instead.”

“The house was very clean and comfortable for our intergenerational group. The grandparents stayed in the main floor bedroom. Their daughter and son-in law and 2 children (10 and 13 years old) stayed in the upstairs bedrooms. It was a great location to go to many attractions: Rocky Mountain National Park, Garden of the Gods, Lost Gulch, El Dorado Csnyon State Park, and even went to Casa Bonita in Denver. The hosts were very accomodating of our needs. We highly recommend this home.”

“Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we were supposed to leave and head to the property, just 3 hours before check in. It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”. No direct message from the host with an apology or explanation, and no response after I’d messaged them asking if they’d canceled due to the snow. Not surprised, this is the first host that hadn’t……
