Nos quedamos admirados, no era lo que habíamos visto por Internet. Al hotel se lo veía Moderno y bonito en la web, pero al que llegamos estaba bastante deteriorado y tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación porque la primera que nos dieron apestaba a cigarrillo, todos los días tenia que ir a que me activen la tarjeta para poder entrar en mi habitación, eso fue algo muy molesto

Las fotos de internet no coinciden con las de la hab. la colcha estaba sucia y con quemaduras de cigarro. La chica del turno de noche malamente tenia ganas de atenderte. Cuando les dije que la colcha estaba sucia me dijeron que hasta el dia siguiente me la podian cambiar, en la manana, paso un empleado por el pasillo y le comente lo de la colcha, y entro en otra habitacion le quito la colcha y sin doblar ni nada me la dio, estaba aun mas sucia que la otra, llena de manchas de salsa de tomate, (eso quiero creer) habia reservado por 3 noches y solo me quede 2 visto que ni siquiera hicieron la limpieza de la habitaci'on al dia siguiente. EL precio que supuestamente iba a pagar era de 170 dls. por las dos noches al final me cobraron 189 euros por dos noches osea 264 dls, no pedi room service ni alquile el safe. Supuestamente esta prohibido fumar en las habitaciones ( En la pag. web dice lo contrario de hecho yo tenia reservada una hab. para fumadores con todo y que no fumo dentro de la habitacion) Y si fumabas te cobraban 200 dls de multa. El ascensor estaba en pesimo estado, las escaleras tambien, y el lugar es muy oscuro y peligroso para salir a caminar. Yo reserve una superior king y era una habitacion estandar muy sucia, tenia una puerta comunicante con un sillon puesto enfrente de la puerta, el mobiliario es viejo. En conclusion no vayan a este hotel. Es el peor hotel en el que he estado.

This hotel was nice for the money you pay. The staff was very nice. Check out times are very prompt although. Housekeeping came around at 10:43 and checkout was 11am. I was loading stuff into the car and when I went to go back in the key didn’t work.

The staff was great and accommodating. I just wish housekeepers would still check in with their stay overs for towels but for the price you can’t really beat the quality. Them being pet friendly is also a major plus for me. Would recommend for clean pet owners on a budget.

I have never given a bad review, but here is one. 1. When I entered the room, there was a stale smell which caused nausea 2. There was an opened used beer left in the fridge 3. Overall experience was not great because of the smell & did not feel the place was cleaned up. 4. Not to complain, but the front desk staffs were not appreciable and there was one other person entering to do something which created an unsecurity

We arrived early, after a hour drive and were not allowed to check in early. Not expected, but it would have been nice. The people in the room next to us were smoking pot constantly, so much that my car reeked from the air coming in the exchange. We weren't in our room much, so I'm not too concerned about the conditions, but the customer service was lacking.
