Location location & a great view
Perfect spot to explore Vegas and surrounding area. Checkin and parking was a breeze and view from the balcony was a real nice treat.

The place was just as advertised. The layout of the room gives you more space than a hotel room for your down times. The space was well equipped for what we needed during our stay. It is easy to get from the tower to the MGM with tunnels. Being on the 33rd floor also helps with the view of the strip and area. Joe was very proactive with room information and making sure our stay was on track.

Staying at this condo was an even better deal than staying at one of the big strip hotels! Location was great- it’s attached to the MGM Grand, the unit is incredibly spacious and has a small kitchen, the bed was nicely firm and there is a sofa bed as well, valet parking with in and out privileges was just outstanding. You just cannot get this kind of deal on the strip. The owners were so easy to communicate with and they provided excellent instructions from start to finish! You just can’t go wrong with this stay- definitely a must if you want to visit Vegas!

Great condo! Looks just like the pictures. Clean & love the location. Great view of the strip from the balcony. Joe is a great host and responds quickly! Would stay here again when we come back.

Getaway in Vegas
Communication with Joe, the owner, was very good. The condo was as described and the location was close enough to the strip yet far enough you got a break. The Towers are connected to MGM Grand with a daily walk through (about 8 min) to the MGM to get to the dining and strip. The condo was clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. My only issue was NO Keurig coffee machine. Although I did communicate with Joe prior to my arrival who informed me there was a “single” cup coffee maker for which housekeeping supplies just two packets of the pre filtered coffee for the machine BUT then you are on your own to buy more coffee from somewhere or go to Starbucks downstairs everyday. So for all the Keurig Coffee Aficionados, we gifted this condo with a mini Keurig. So all you have to do is pack your favorite PODs in your luggage (like we did) and enjoy the convenience and fresh hot brew of your own favorite coffee at your discretion. We were then able to enjoy our morning coffee without having to worry about getting dressed and going down to Starbucks for their $8 cup of coffee. Don’t know why in todays day and age one wouldn’t have a Keurig, and unfortunately, they weren’t able or willing to reimburse us for the purchase, so please enjoy on us. Afterall, coffee makes the day which makes your stay!!!!

Signature at MGM
The room was clean & as listed on the VRBO. The owner provided all of the information one could want. This unit is on the 33rd floor so not for anyone with height issues.

Great Place and Location
This rental was perfect for what we were looking for, and the view on the high floor was great! We didn't use the kitchenette, so can't really speak to that, but everything else was perfect -- good big bathroom, comfortable bed, big shower, nice little living room area. The hotel staff was very nice too. I think my favorite part of the property was the free valet and use of all the MGM pools without the resort fees. Tower 1 pool was closed, since we went towards the end of pool season, but Tower 2 was open and was great. Not a far walk. If you want a great value and be a little bit away from the action, but any easy walk away, this is the spot.
