Dear Craig, I am sorry that your stay was not what you expected. Due to the age of the building we are limited to what adaptions can be made and we hope that our guests would understand this. While we take pride in keeping this historic building moving we do try our best to modernise our facilities where possible. I will ensure the shower is investigated by our maintenance team. We are concerned that you did not see any of our team members during your stay as our reception is manned 24 hours a day and you were able to speak to the team regarding heating issues. I can only assume that our team were engaged in assisting other guests at the time when you where in the lobby which on some occasions does require our teams to leave the reception for a brief time, such as providing heaters when requested. I will ensure that your comments regarding the heating are investigated. We hope that this does not deter you from staying with us in the future.
