Nicely appointed, bright, and spacious 1,100 sq ft apartment with an open floor plan allows you to cook a nice breakfast or play cards in the evening and modern amenities in one of the oldest and largest historic structures in Leland. Hardwood floors throughout with carpet in back bedroom and stairs. Comfortable and very clean apartment, well appointed apartment with two spacious bedrooms , eating area, living room and large bathroom. A/C was perfect and strong, all appliances worked, with the exception of the oven, which had no working vent. Wonderful location, walked to everything, easy drive to neighboring towns. Only suggestions would be to have mirrors above dressers, and a few pyrex glass baking dishes. A note to those who might have an issue with stairs; there is a long ,steep flight of stairs to reach the apartment.

Good location

Right in Leland and grocery store across the street so every thing was convenient. Beds were extremely comfortable. Keep in mind there are very few places for dinner without driving into other towns. The Cove and restaurant at the golf course were both great.

Great place to stay

Only suggestions to property manager are to update wifi information, provide check-in information like door code & parking info ahead of time via email or message, and to allow tenant to adjust heat as they wish rather than having to make call every time an adjustment is needed. Overall an excellent place to stay with adults and kiddos alike, would rebook if returning.

Beautiful in-town apartment

Really nicely appointed and very clean. Terrific location in downtown Leland near fishtown and beach. Significant remodeling construction at the entrance was an unexpected disruption.
