“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. “The hotel was very nice and the room was spotless. Decor throughout was upscale and all staff members I encountered were friendly. The restaurants were all good to great with the exception of the Burger Joint, where I encountered slow service and an unkempt dining area. The casino was tight, but offered a good variety of games, although the games in the non-smoking area were dated. I had an issue at check in but Kesia took care of it to my satisfaction.
