Instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, es un hotel que permite desplazarse de forma sencilla hacia distintas playas del Guanacaste. Excelente servicio por parte de los colaboradores.

Nuevo, bien en limpieza.
Hotel nuevo. Muy limpio. Amigable con perros. Son incomodas las puertas con control de acceso al área de piscina. Check inn lento, los datos de todos los huéspedes se pueden solicitar en el momento de la reserva. Tendrá sentido la firma de todos los huéspedes?

No había agua en el 5to piso, no había muy buenas opciones de desayuno , el restaurante 1 hora esperando y nunca llegó la comida , tuvimos que ir a comer al Hilton

The staff was very pleasant and took care of us, respect and normalcy is all we wanted and we got it there, they took care of us like they wanted to do it for us and did they jobs well would recommend this hotel to my friend's and family.

This property is close to the airport and it’s very nice and clean. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. We loved the breakfast they served. They had variety and it was good to taste the local cuisine on the first day of our journey in Costa Rica!!

I travel to Liberia about 10 times per year and saw the hotel being built The walls don’t absorb the noise from outside There was a school ground staying in my floor and sounded like they were playing soccer on the hallways At breakfast I had to clean my own table

Great hotel! Our flight got cancelled so we stayed here last minute. Spent the evening at the pool and the beach bar! Our keys didn’t work when we arrived and the safe didn’t work but other than that it was great.

Last night stay before flying out in the morning. Easy & convenient check in and shuttle to the airport in the morning. Enjoyed the pool (not much shade) and had excellent burgers for dinner. An Amercialn Airlines flight was delayed overnight and the hotel got busy but from what I could see the service was still great. Buffet breakfast in the monrng had good choices. The room is not exceptionally large but has everything you need including seating table, storage etc. and is modern and enjoyable

Fabiola was a wonderful and attentive waitress in the restaurant. All the staff greeted us as we encountered them and asked if all was good. Very considerate. Our room is brand new. The hotel opened recently in Dec 2023 or Jan 2024. Beautiful and well appointed. We had a king room with a desk, sofa that also had a stand for computer use. Many outlets, lights, easy to use temperature control. The bath has full sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion dispensers. We had a very restful stay.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and hotel is clean and beautiful. The only thing that it is far from the city and sometimes Uber is not available because of the traffic.

Another flight delay. We had checked out, went to the Airport and was able to come back on their shuttle and recheck into the hotel same room cleaned with no problem. Also, we were still able to have breakfast that was included in our stay. Comfortable, Absolutely Clean, Food was good and people excellent.

Upon check in the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had issues with wifi and they got me sorted out! The entire hotel is immaculate, and our room was also clean and very unique with storage options!

The hotel is located very very close to the airport so for early departure or late arrival it is perfect. The property is brand new so everything is clean and well kept. The challenge is not to hotel but the location. As the highway to Liberia is only two lane the highway can become pure gridlock and what should be a 10 minute ride can take an hour or more. Because of that we were essentially " trapped at the hotel for the night" and had dinner at the pool. However the food was very good and the service was fantastic. We did adventure around and walked around the industrial complex right behind the hotel and found a micro brewery called Numi. Of you like beer this is a MUST stop!
