Clean but the rooms were really small. Also the lighting system was cool but couldn’t turn off the light under the sink. When I called the front desk for help they weren’t able to assist had to sleep with the light on all night.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. My family and I planned to spend a relaxing week here, but the experience was nothing like what was advertised. The room had a strong unpleasant odor from the moment we arrived, making it very uncomfortable to stay. We specifically expected an ocean view, but the room we received did not have one. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working properly, which made the room even more unbearable. We chose this hotel for a family vacation, expecting the amenities and quality that were promised, but unfortunately, the reality fell far short. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Very disappointing experience.

Definitely pay for a room on the second floor. Much quieter.
