Clean & comfortable gathering place!
This was a wonderful place to stay for our family get together in the beautiful Paradise Valley! Clean, pretty view of the river and the mountains, a great patio for soaking up the sun and was a quick trip into Livingston when we had forgotten a couple of groceries!

Love Livingston
We enjoyed our time in Montana! We were so at peace while staying in our cabin. The peaceful sound of the Yellowstone River was amazing. All the comforts of home were in the cabin! We loved our home away from home!

Relaxing work week!
Excellent place to stay for work and relaxation. Kitchen was large and great for cooking meals. The home is spacious and clean with amazing views to help unwind your day from a near by adventure or work day. The location is close to town and 90, so easy access for work and shopping but situated privately enough to offer exclusive views and isolated meals on the deck. We be back again!

Perfect location
The view from the front porch is amazing. The home is very clean and inviting. The home is close to grocery stores, restaurants, yet private enough that you are in a beautiful country location. We certainly plan on visiting again asap.

First father/son trip
Montana delivered big time for this Ft. Lauderdale father/son trip. The house was perfect…clean, everything we needed…perfect location. Good god the view!! Golf, fishing, Yellowstone Park…what a perfect week. He’s upset we have to leave. Already asking if we can come back. Thanks.

Lovely home and amazing location
We enjoyed our stay very much - the home is well equipped (and almost brand new) and perfect for our "base camp" while visiting Montana. The view from the home is incredible and the overall location is the best of both worlds - quiet and in the country - but just a ten minute drive from Livingston. We will definitely consider returning on future visits.

Paradise valley for a reason
Excellent stay in mid October! This was the best appointed rental we have ever stayed in. Perfect home base for exploring southwest MT. Fly fishing, hiking, nightly fires with the rush of the Yellowstone in the background, and more stars than you’ve ever seen before. Thank you for a great family vacation and we plan to be back in the future.

Great location close to Livingstone for all your needs. South view over Yellowstone River and mountains beyond with large deck to enjoy. Spacious comfortable home. Mule deer, birdLife and grizzly bear sightings on property, so be prepared.

Perfect Getaway
Awesome Getaway to feed our soul! We’re from Indiana and love it out west! I must say this fabulous to look out to Wineglass Mountain everyday! The home was superb and well appointed. Next time we come out we will definitely plan to stay here again!

Great House, Great Location, Wonderful Views
We loved almost everything about this house. The location, the views, and sound of the river running behind the house while we were drinking our coffee or wine was so relaxing on the back porch. However, this house does not air conditioning. I read and re-read the description after we arrived and although it says heat is provided there was an assumption that air conditioning would be provided as well. It was not until we read the welcome notebook did we find in BOLD letters that the house had no air conditioning. I feel this information should also be noted on the Vrbo rental page. The temperatures while we were there ranged form high 80's to 100 degrees. This may be unusual for September but it was hot. Having said all that, we would 100% use this house again but we would check the weather before our arrival.

We are thrilled that you enjoyed our beautiful home! The house is listed on VRBO as without air-conditioning. You do have to look at the amenities to see that that is not one that we have. Montana is definitely heating up a bit these days and we are trying to figure out ways to add air-conditioning to all of our homes. We would love to host you all again!

Amazing Get Away
We had an incredible experience at this property. The location was perfect as you felt you were secluded, while being very close to great restaurants and shops, incredible hiking and many other activities. There was nothing better than having a cup of coffee in the morning and looking out at the mountains or a glass of wine and seeing the millions of stars at night. The property was well stocked and very fresh and new., with plenty of space. There were several little touches which gave a spa resort feeling. The property manager had a binder that outlined everything about the property as well as many tidbits about Livingston, which we found very helpful. We had such an incredible time and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great get away spot.

Amazing location and house
I've been coming to Livingston for years and this is, hands down, the best place I've stayed at in the area. Clean, spacious and you cannot beat the location. The whole house is so well designed to capitalize on the views with the massive porch.

Very pleasant peaceful week
The property is beautiful in a gorgeous location. Very well appointed. Only downsides/comments for improvement I would make given the overall efforts that the owner makes for guests is that the main bedroom mattress is rock hard not making for comfortable sleeping. And the kitchen is not as well appointed as I would expect for the price and overall presentation - lacking cutlery, and pots/pans are well worn. WE brought our own pots so we were ok thankfully. overall we would love to stay again but I would love a more comfortable bed to sleep on or a mattress topper would help!

Hi! We are so r glad you enjoyed your stay! I will mention the mattress to the owners and see what they would like to do. As for the kitchen there is cutlery and the pots and pans were just bought last year… I will take a look though and replace as needed! Thanks for the tips. Excellent Place for a Respite
We stayed for 3 nights and it was exactly what we needed and more. Enjoyed coffee and meals on the deck and by the fire pit. Kids enjoyed playing board games and having an internet connection again. Very clean, tastefully furnished, and well stocked. Everything you may need for an extended stay, to prepare meals or to keep yourself entertained. Lovely property and will return in the future!

Perfect!
This cabin was the perfect rental for my stay. Ideally situated close to Bozeman, Livingston, and Yellowstone. The views of the mountains and the Yellowstone River were breathtaking. It was quiet, peaceful, safe, well maintained, clean, and stocked with everything I needed. I loved curling up next to the fireplace on chilly nights. Deena was an incredible host. She responded to my questions with lightening speed, within just a minute or two. I would love to stay here again!

Perfect retreat neat Livingston
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. My son lives in Livingston and this was just a few minutes at most from his home and very conveniently located to town. Loved the views...they were hard to leave! The house was just what we were looking for. It was comfortable, cozy, clean and had everything we needed. We have already booked our next stay!

Fantastic Stay, great location, Very clean and spacious!
The location was absolutely perfect for our Family getaway this Christmas! Away from the hussle and bustle of Bozeman, but within a short drive to Bridger Bowl for skiing. Downtown Livingston is about 10 mins away off the same road. Very quaint and clean area full of interesting shops and good food. Plenty of grocery stores in the area as well. The actual home was VERY clean and modern, yet cozy. The views and surroundings were simply breathtaking. Spent a little time walking the banks of the Yellowstone River, which is a stones throw away from this property. Just needed to take a quick 2 minute drive over the bridge to the park and there we were! Communication was great by the management company and luckily we didnt need to bother them during our stay! We recommend this home without any hesitation. Perfect for families, friends, or even a couple. On a side note, we wholeheartedly recommend Montana Overlanding as the best choice for a car rental during your visit to the area. Great rates, solid 4x4 winter equipped vehicles, and it was definitely needed when we drove to West Yellowstone and Big Sky area!

Great place for dog lovers
Next to a soccer field complex so the dogs can run wild. We really enjoyed the house, location and the town of Livingston. Make sure to have a Steak Pouvre at the Livingston Bar and Grille. Murddock's has all the tack you will ever need.
