“This cute pet-friendly house is located in a part of town that provides easy access to restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and well-stocked with comfortable furniture. The fenced yard is perfect for a small pet to stay safely and there is parking for two cars off the street, which is nice for vehicle safety. We had never been to Grand Junction before and used it as a half-way point to meet up and this worked perfectly.”

I did have a problem initially getting in as there is a lockbox and a doorbell. In the past the lockbox for rental homes always had the key. Not in this case as the code was connected to the door bell system. I called the owner and she helped. I suggested that the lockbox serves no purpose and should state that in the check in process. “Lots of room for all our family, plenty of silverware to have more than one meal, great kitchen, nice fenced yard. My grandkids enjoyed the toys available. Having the laundry area was a good help for the first leg of our journey. Will stay again.”

“It was more of an excuse to go wine tasting. Cameron and Jen have a nice place there. The property was pretty well described. Our 5-year-old nephew got to go collect eggs each day for breakfast. We built a fire in the fire pit and made smores. We had no propane tank, but immediately after calling Cameron he brought one over and hooked it up.I think you would really enjoy the property.”
