Hello Mari, We are sorry to hear that although our hotel's central London location appealed to you, you were unable to connect with our Zedwell experience. At Zedwell, we strive to remove all clutter and distractions, allowing you to sleep easily and embrace a balanced state of mind. By doing so, we create an atmosphere where guests can relax, unwind and release the stresses of the day. Our minimalistic cocoons were designed to have an open and uncluttered feel, intentionally avoiding stimuli like hairdryers, TVs, coffee stations and shelving. However, subject to availability, you can rent hairdryers, irons and ironing boards from the reception for 10 each.Zedwell Piccadilly Circus is a hotel you check in to tune out - your private sanctuary amongst the chaos of the city. Windows were intentionally not included in the design to create a secluded feel within the hotel. Our windowless concept ensures no daylight or noise will disturb your sleep, so you can rest for as long as you need to, waking fully recharged. Our purified air flow systems also maintain a high quality of air throughout the hotel despite the lack of windows. Furthermore, our hotel is clearly advertised on all our web pages as a windowless underground hotel; therefore, this should not come as a surprise to any of our guests.At Zedwell, we aim to provide a tranquil and restful environment for our guests and understand that cleanliness plays a significant role in achieving this. Our standard practice includes a thorough cleaning of rooms between guests and regular room refreshes during longer stays. Regarding the lack of privacy in the bathroom, please rest assured that our bathroom doors are made of frosted glass, which is only vaguely transparent, so you can enjoy your privacy while using the bathroom facilities. As for your luggage, storage options are available for an additional fee, but their availability is limited during busy periods. Please feel free to contact a member of our team in the reception area for assistance with luggage storage.Thank you for choosing to stay with us on this journey and for your honest review. It's unfortunate that you had such a poor experience, and we regret all the inconvenience you faced while staying with us.
