“This was our 2nd stay and it was again, so wonderful and relaxing. We had rainy weather and still was able to de-stress and spend time together. The pool table is always a hit! It is well used. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes and everything in between- just add food! The covered deck was awesome! You could spread out and be outside and stay dry out of the rain - if we wanted to. Wonderful communication with the owner who is simply charming.! Absoltely perfect!”

“Clean updated interior felt warm and comfortable after a rainy days on the beach clam digging. Easy stroll to beach and short drive to beach access by vehicle. Great wood burning stove. Nice woodsy view from deck and back house. Good setup for cleaning clams and fish outside. Big enough parking for boat trailer. Overall great for our needs. “Our stay was everything we hoped for! The neighborhood is quiet, the home is clean, comfortable and had just about everything we needed for a great stay. There were plenty of games and activities to keep our toddler occupied, she especially loved the playground in the backyard. The walk to the beach is quick and we were lucky enough to experience some beautiful sunsets each night we were there. We were so sad to leave!”

We have stayed in other rental homes where some basic necessities were lacking, but we were able to effortlessly slide into a stressfree stay on the ocean. I highly recommend this property! “Like others have said, small but cozy, large yard with firepit and covered back porch. Quiet neighborhood. Love the private trail to the beach. Grandson absolutely loved the bunnies. Nice it had the a RV hook up, my kids just got a new one and wanted to be able to stay also. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay, as my 5yr old grandson wrote in the guest book, "come here and you will love it"”

“The house was great ! Our problem was the ice, the driveway and parking pad was frozen solid. It was very hard to get into the house. The deck was a sheet of ice also, which makes it hard to use the hot tub.”
