No recomiendo este hotel si requieres oscuridad absoluta para dormir. Las instalaciones están enfrente de un freeway y día y noche hay mucho movimiento y las habitaciones no cuentan con cortinas para bloquear la luz. Imposible dormir en esas condiciones. Las características de la habitación que me asignaron no contaban con las especificaciones contratadas. Hay que pagar por el estacionamiento.

No me gusto que para que te hagan la limpieza del cuarto tienes que avisar un día antes, si no avisas no hacen la limpieza. Que clase de hotel hace eso? En todos los hoteles del mundo a los que he visitado te hacen la limpieza diario la pidas o no.
Eso me molestó mucho tener que estar avisando que me hicieran la limpieza.

The room itself was nice
But the water coming out of sink smelled like waste water. When you turned it in it stunk up the bathroom. We had to use bathtub to brush our teeth and everything else
Also the toilet flushed but the water level was so low that we had to add big cups if water to flush any toilet paper. Also we had to make sure door was closed properly
We didn’t notice at first that the lock automatically popped open upon entry and the door stayed ajar. Let girls at desk know at night and then morning. Never heard back from management.. I’ve stayed here a few years back. But unfortunately it’s off my list now

2. Water presuure in shower is too low. Not sure it was done to conserve water. One can't wet himself unless he turns and twists n number of times as water flow is ridiculously low. Kindly correct it.

Property was nice and clean. Parking is 30 dollars a night. They ask you if that’s ok, like you have a choice.. hot water for showers is not that great. But overall pleasant stay.

The only problem i had was finding the entrance to the hotel. If you pass it then you had to go around the block again then it comes up quick.

This was a nice property and the front desk was amazing. I need to have something sent to my room from house keeping and in a matter of minutes I received what I needed and 2 minutes later they where at the door again to make sure I hD what I needed. Such great service. The only problem I experienced was think in the bathroom was clogging up when I used it.
