The room was clean, inside was quiet, beds were comfortable. The gentleman yelling at the Ford Mustang was odd but couldn’t hear him once inside. He was hard to avoid due to the small parking lot. All told would stay here again.

Stay was fine. Can't say I'm excited about the breakfast options. But it was clean and comfortable and the price and service were right.

It was extremely filthy and when I tried to get a room that didn’t smell like cigarette smoke the front desk person didn’t want to be accommodating. Then when he finally did switch rooms there were stains on all the furniture. Checked in and checked out the same day.

Wasn't much in liked, The room was dirty, the tub had a ring around it, the sheets were dingy and the smoke alarm needed new batteries. When we told them that the floor wasn't swept, They just simply slid the dresser over the dirt. WE WILL MEVER STAY THERE AGAIN... NEVER!!!!!

Hotel Manager was Rude and Disrespectful, yelling and loud mouthing out in front of at least 4 customers. Did stay because she said she was calling the Police on me and my Husband. So we didn’t Stay but she still Charged me for the 1st Might which was March 16,2023 but I Reserved it for March 17,2023. I was so upset with her Rudeness and being Disrespectful to me an I am from out of time. I feel I was treated Wrongfully.

Came for LTL festival. The owner puts a lot of effort into keeping the hotel clean and keeps repairs up to date. Quiet and convenient to the Expo Center. Plenty of places to eat near by. Staff was friendly. NOTE: you will play musical chairs with the parking:)

I feel terrible to leave a bad review because the staff was so kind. That was the only positive of our stay however. We stayed for two nights for a festival in town and weren’t expecting the Ritz, just needed a comfy place to sleep. When we got back after a long day, we peeled back the sheets the find a maggot on the pillow. I was horrified and the hotel employee was super apologetic but because the hotel was sold out there was nothing more he could do for us than change the pillow case. The entire bed and all of the linens were damp from the air conditioner. We were then kept up from all of the people entering the hotel all night as well as the jerk who pulled into the abandoned liquor store directly outside of our bedroom window and bumped their subwoofers from 2-3 am. The next morning I tried to get coffee from the complimentary breakfast bar, but instead got a cup full of thick sludge and had to find a nearby gas station instead. The parking lot was full of cars who had presumably driven back drunk from the festival and smashed into each other because of how small and tight the lot is. The second night was uneventful and we were able to sleep. The location was decent as far as proximity to the expo center. It was an $11 Uber to get there. Overall, was not the greatest hotel experience and we will be finding somewhere else next time we are in town.

The hotel room was barely furnished. The air system clearly was full of mold as both my partner and I fell ill afterwards; we even left a day early. The room felt moist and there were fingerprints on the walls and ceilings.

Barely any parking, if you have a truck it’s hard to find decent spot. I had a trailer and didn’t pay attention when I booked in a hurry. But I did back up my trailer and it was out of the way and only took two spots which I booked room for 2. They made me unhook it and park individually, called me after to tell me I have to unhook it or park it outside of the motel, very rude. Hotel room smelled weird as soon as we came in, AC takes forever to cool the room even though it’s on all day, BREAKFAST was like 4 items you can eat (waffles, bagels, cupcakes and cereal. No elevator and honestly it was a mistake booking at this place and I travel a lot. Oh and they didn’t clean the room we had to remind them to clean and make the beds.

Overall this is not a bad hotel. It is tucked away just enough that it does not seem to be effected by the environment it is surrounded by. The area around it is not that nice and appears to be very depressed with a good amount of police activity. If you stay here, just be aware of your surroundings. Our stay was quiet and uninterrupted. We had our service dogs with us because when we booked this, the site said they accepted dogs however they do not. The owner forced us to show documentation that they are service animals and we had to pay them a dog fee of $15 a night for each dog for our 3 night stay so we paid an extra $90 to have our service dogs stay with us. The site also says they have a continental breakfast. Although the equipment is there for breakfast, they do not provide anything. Its cheap, clean and quiet. Not mad about my stay, just not impressed.

Will not stay again.
The bed was broken down and not comfortable. The room was very hot when we got there. And it was 90 out side took for ever to cool down. Had to crank up the fridge for my husbands insulin. Breakfast was coffee and granola bars. Not a very romantic weekend getaway. Left a day early because was done with it.
