"We have stayed at Holden Beach for years, and this was by far our favorite home! The house itself is nicely decorated, has great spaces to enjoy family, the bedrooms are comfortable (great tile showers), and the kitchen is fully stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub, the pool, and the wonderful views of the ocean. We plan to repeat our stay in this house again!"

"This property is gorgeous! Jenny and Mark are outstanding hosts and are quick with communication! They provided an amazing welcome and have thought of everything you will need for your stay! The house was very clean, comfy, and smelled amazing all week! It was so helpful that beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys were provided and we didn’t have to pack our own! The pool was clean and having it heated made all the difference in its enjoyment, as well as having the hot tub! The outdoor chairs and tables made outside living and eating easy and enjoyable! The house itself was beautiful, clean, and perfect for family time! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed and the beds were comfortable, providing great nights’ sleep! The views of the beach, pool, and house were incredible and Instagram worthy!!! We are already making plans to return in the spring and the fall! Jenny and Mark get our highest recommendation — making everything beautiful, relaxing, and easy! "

"Peaceful and tranquil view of the beach from top floor balcony. Great place to enjoy your cup of coffee in the mornings! Plenty of room for a large family. Pool area was clean and had a selection of toys for my grandson. Really enjoyed staying here with our family! "

"We loved the house and location! There are several items that need repair. Door knob screws were loose and/or falling out. (I tightened them some.)Mounting bracket for the door shade in the king bedroom first floor is falling off. Beater/mixer in kitchen doesn’t work. Deadbolt in queen bedroom first floor is rusted and won’t lock. The kitchen freezer did not keep ice cream frozen. Top oven has a significant layer of grease in it. Shower door in king bedroom second floor doesn’t shut well and leaks a significant amount of water. "

"Beautiful home! The kichen is stocked well, rooms are spacious with great attached bathrooms, the pool area is fabulous with the bar area and hot tub shaded, and close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The owner was very responsive. The elevator was helpful to get luggage and groceries to the upper levels. I would definitely recommend!"
