We had a lovely time, the hotel was very well maintained and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The food was good, we had Sunday lunch and breakfast which was good quality. The room was on the small side and could do with more storage if you were to stay longer.

Great Hotel with Pleasant Staff
Nice hotel with clean and comfortable room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food in restayrant was excellent with a good choice. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and not buffet style.

A character venue with great dining options with a very convenient location for our event on the weekend. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely charming place
Had a lovely stay in Cookham and the room and facilities were lovely - full of charm and nice touches. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. 100% recommend a stay here

Het is een superoude inn. Kamers zijn klein maar leuk door de autenticiteit. Personeel is geweldig, ontbijt uitgebreid. Leuk wandelen langs de Theems. Heerlijke tuin.

2 night stay
Friendly staff and good service. Breakfast was good and there was a good choice. Street parking only which can be difficult at weekends. Our room was noisy as there was a generator or aircon unit outside our room. Only 3 hangers for clothes we were there for 2 nights to attend a wedding so not enough. Our shower unit worked fine but was badly marked and chipped so was a bit off putting. Overall good to ok.

The room was spotlessly clean and tidy. The restaurant and breakfast superb. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly stay here again

We had a lovely stay here. We were in the area for a wedding and Bel & The Dragon was the perfect location. On the high street of Cookham, we had no difficulty finding street parking. The room had everything we needed for our stay, great water pressure in the shower, lovely toiletries and comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious, there was a self service area with bread, yogurt and pastries and we ordered some hot food items off the menu. Highly recommend this place if you’re near the area.

Super friendly staff, lovely pub and restaurant area for food. Bedroom was large but had a tiny and compact bathroom which was ok for what we needed on this trip. Free whiskey was a nice touch. Only downfall was the noise from the road and either the property or next door (loud music late into night)
